The Fishy Cottage - Monticello, Indiana

Our spacious and well-equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath home features stunning lake views, two boat slips available by request, fishing, and swimming. Walking distance to the bait shop and golf cart friendly neighborhood.

The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings. Our fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of room for everyone to cook and dining on the covered dock offers a truly unique dinner experience on the water.

The space
This 3 bedroom 2 bath lake front cottage offers one king size bed in the master BR. Bedroom 2 is also located upstairs and has a queen and full size bed. Bedroom 3 is located on the main level of the house in the back perfect for kids with a 3 twin size beds. Two of these beds are lifted bunkbed style. The house has plenty of room for the family with two living areas both with couches and TV separated by a door. The kitchen is perfect for coffee lovers featuring stunning lake views and coffee bar. Parking is included on premises in the driveway or two car garage. If requested we can provide a boat slip.

Family Getaway

We loved every moment of our time at the Fishy Cottage. The accommodations were wonderful and the home had everything we needed and then some. The homeowner was incredibly attentive and we left with memories for a lifetime. We will be back soon and highly recommend this fantastic home on the water for fishing, swimming, boating, family time, and most of all, relaxing in front of a beautiful view.

BEST WEEKEND EVER

We stayed at the house celebrating a future wife to be and everyone loved our time spent on the lake! Booking/check-out was a smooth process and the host made sure everything was perfect for our weekend getaway. Spent several hours in the water along with watching the sunset on the deck while grilling dinner. Already finding dates for a return trip.
