Lake Montgomery stay

The listing persons were very slow to respond to questions when we were there. I was thankful there wasn’t a major emergency. They say you have “2” parking spaces. They are NOT designated or guaranteed. We rarely were able to park on our units side. If you are planning to take a boat and trailer this is not a good option.

It was unfortunate that the two condos below the one we rented were being remodeled. Lots of construction noise all day. Thankful that the host allowed us a two hour late checkout.

Wonderful, clean, and homey

We had a wonderful experience. While waiting for our house to close, we needed a place to stay for a few weeks. We were blessed with a caring landlord who made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and made our lives very pleasant during this time of transition.

Nice, but Needs Maintenance

Property needs some general maintenance. Outside lights out made finding the door and navigating the stairs difficult. Bedroom doo hinge screws loose, so door hard to close. Plumbing problem left hot water pressure very low. However, nice layout and easy to get to once we knew where to go.

Just as advertised

Beautiful little condo. There are deer all over the property that come right to the houses. We watched them from the balcony. This is a perfect size for a couple with children and there is an extra sleeping space on the pull out couch. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids or adults who are able to climb the small twisted stairs. Not recommended for anyone with issues climbing stairs. Kitchen has a good supply of gadgets, serving ware, etc. We weren't looking for anything extra, it had anything we needed. I would stay here again for sure.

Decent little condo.

The property itself was as advertised; nothing bad to say, a nice little condo that served it's purpose. The only snafu we personally had was no power when we arrived, which later found was due to the breaker main being switched off. We also had to do a little "pest control" in the master bedroom that was less than ideal.

Dirty

This condo was two bedroom and two baths. The upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned, there was hair, grime, and dead bugs in the bathtub. There was only one single bath towel and one single hand towel in the entire condo. I had to purchase towels from the local Walmart so my family could shower. (The owner has offered to reimburse me but I declined. I did leave the towels there in case they get another renter). The dishes in the pantry had to be washed as there was dried food particles still on the plates. I would return to this condo under any circumstance in the future. Douglas Kurz
