  • Chalet tranquilo, orientado al sur, con gran terraza panorámica de 40 m2, soleado de mañana a tarde.
    Situado a 350 m del centro del pueblo de Montgenèvre ya 480 m de las pistas. La parada 'Janus' del autobús de esquí gratuito Montgenèvre está al lado del chalet.
    Construido en 2013. Todo es completamente nuevo, hecho en estilo chalet y muy bien aislado.

    Oferta única en Montgenèvre para vacaciones de invierno (zona de esquí de la vía láctea 'Via Lattea' que conecta las estaciones de Montgenèvre y Clavière-Sestrière en Italia, que ofrecen 400 km de pistas) y verano (golf de 18 hoyos, ciclismo de montaña, parque de bicicletas, lagos, el tobogán de verano más grande de Francia, tenis, piscina, parque de aventuras grimp'in forest, Via ferrata, ...).
    Ciudad fortificada de Briançon patrimonio de la unesco a 20 minutos
    Rafting, barranquismo, natación en aguas abiertas ... a 25 minutos
    Ciclismo: Col du Galibier a 45 minutos

Excellent séjour dans ce grand chalet confortable, parfaitement adapté aux grandes familles en terme d'équipements et espace. Autant de salles de bain avec WC que de chambres. Grande terrasse avec vue splendide sur la montagne.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful week in friendly Montgenevre! The chalet was perfect for us -plenty of space, warm, cosy and clean. The living room/kitchen area is very spacious with stunning views of the mountains and slopes and the kitchen is very well equipped. The sauna was an added bonus. Thank you Serge for your quick responses to our questions and recommendations for food. We can’t wait to return! Thanks Mark W.

February half term

Great property, great location, super week. It could have been a bit cleaner(floors),cold shower water on ground floor en suites on a couple of days.some bedding sheets missing.

Great chalet in a lovely town

Great chalet with ample space and a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds too. We had a very nice stay with a group of 14 (6 adults, rest kids). Can definitely recommend and we have already planned to return.

Excellent séjour d’une semaine au chalet CHABERTON. Parfaitement adapté pour 14 personnes. Il ne manque rien ! Tout y est. Le sauna, le vestiaire avec des chaussures chaudes tous les matins, une vue splendide, la navette devant le chalet ou 5/7 mn de marche pour accéder aux pistes, de l’espace pour partager les repas, une literie de qualité….bref nous reviendrons l’année prochaine. Merci Serge pour nos échanges.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet, il ne manquait rien. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et la salle commune est grande et agréable, donnant sur une terrasse avec une vue magnifique.

Brilliant stay!

We had a great time staying in August, great area for walking with a range of difficulties of walk available, and made use of the ski lift running on the mountain opposite. Chalet was fantastic, good kitchen and living space, comfortable beds, good balcony space. Only two toilets, but plenty of showers. Very happy with the stay overall!

Base for summer hiking in the Brianconnais

The property was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen was very well-appointed with cooking equipment. It was ideal for a large group of ten people. The chalet is located in a very quiet area, and all our group very much enjoyed our stay there for two weeks. We would recommend this property highly.

February ski break

Great property, well equipped, good location. Our family consisted of 11 people of mixed ages, the chalet was spacious enough for us. We had the perfect week for skiing with the weather and conditions. The views from the property were amazing. The host was very knowledgeable and helpful both in the build up to our stay and whilst in resort.

Excellente semaine ensoleillée à Montgenèvre

Le chalet est spacieux et très agréable, en particulier la pièce à vivre, avec sa vue et sa terrasse. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme et très proche du centre. Les alentours sont somptueux (Haute Vallée de la Clarée, Italie toute proche,...). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette région.

Le chalet est au centre de la station avec tous les commerces à proximite. La vue sur les montagnes et le domaine skiable est magnifique. Seul bémol, le mobilier du séjour demanderai une petite révision.

Didn’t realise we’d stayed here before until we arrived. Views are stunning from terraces of the living room and first floor bedrooms. All rooms very comfortable. Quality bathrooms. Refurbed kitchen has lots of everything. Number 2 bus right outside for whenever you don’t fancy the short walk to centre.

Séjour idéal à Montgenèvre

Beau chalet, bien équipé et très bien placé. Navette pour la station juste devant la porte ou pistes à 400m à pieds, un gros plus. Propriétaire et agence très disponibles, très à l'écoute. Serge nous a donné des très bonnes adresses où se restaurer. A réserver les yeux fermés !

Superbe chalet !

Chalet idéalement situé à mi-hauteur dans le village de Montgenèvre, à 10 min à pied du centre, du font de neige, et de du centre balnéo-spa Durancia. Vaste pièce à vivre lumineuse, grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une vue imprenable sur le domaine de Montgenèvre et la vallée. 4 grandes chambres très confortables, 4 salles de bains, 2 garages et un râtelier très pratiques. Le poêle à bois dans le salon et le sauna constituent un vrai plus.

We stayed here for February half term as a group of 14 (four families) and the house was genuinely perfect in every way. It’s one of those rare places that looks great in the listing but is even better in real life.The layout worked brilliantly for a large mixed group — plenty of space to spread out, comfortable communal areas for meals and evenings together, and everything felt well thought-out and well equipped. The property was spotless on arrival and clearly cared for, which made it feel immediately welcoming.Location-wise, it couldn’t have suited us better. Montgenèvre is a fantastic town — friendly, easy to get around, and ideal for families — and the skiing was excellent. It was exactly what we wanted for a half-term trip: great atmosphere, great slopes, and a really straightforward week logistically.A special mention for Serge the owner and their agent, GoMontgenèvre — they were incredibly responsive throughout, quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. That level of communication makes a huge difference with a large group and gave us total confidence from start to finish.We had an amazing week and would book again without hesitation. Highly recommended for large family groups looking for an easy, high-quality stay in a great resort.
