Villa del Fattore has two spacious double rooms and one comfortable twin room.



It consists of a living room with sofa bed, with its fireplace and flat screen TV, the dining room and a kitchen equipped with four burners, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine. The property can accommodate 8 guests.



The private garden, equipped with chairs, table and umbrella, will make the customer enjoy beautiful moments in the warm summer evenings of Chianti.



In addition, travelers have access to the pool of the estate, located 5 min. away on foot or 1 min. by car from the property.

The swimming pool is open from June to September according to weather conditions.
