Property was super clean with just the right amount of space for a family or several couples. Picnic area outside with grill was a nice amenity with a firepit also. Lovely rural area with spectacular views was a welcome change from everyday work life.

This cabin is amazing! Comfortable, clean and definitely peaceful. If you're looking for a secluded place in the VA mountains this is one of the best.We will definitely be returning!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend visit! We enjoyed the quiet and wished we had had time to walk the trail behind the property. The owner was very kind and responsive and we look forward to staying here again!

The cabin was perfect! My husband and I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all. The cabin was very peaceful and quiet. We walked the trails behind the house and enjoyed watching the cows in the neighboring field. The night sky was breathtaking!We are planning a return visit in the fall.

Very clean and welcoming. Excellent communication from the host. Smooth check in process. Beautiful views we really enjoyed watching the deer each morning and seeing the cows. Plenty of provided amenities and it was even better than expected in terms of comfort and cleanliness. We would absolutely stay here again.

Always Perfect

This was our 4th trip here and it's always perfect. We love staying here. Very secluded. Love the fire pit area.

Great cabin and property!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed, and the property itself was awesome. We enjoyed hiking the trail so well-maintained by the owner, and we even hung our hammocks up near the stream to read--amazing!

Amazing relaxing stay

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was very relaxing and secluded which we wanted. There is a small town a couple miles away that was very cute and welcoming. Look foward to another trip in the future!

I think this was the 4th or 5th time here and i think it's perfect in every way. Secluded yet close to the bright lights of Monterey, in case you need something or want a restaurant. We especially love the fire pit area, and the owner is the best!

Best place in Highland County

I’ve been taking trips to Highland County for several years. This is certainly the best place. Super clean. Wonderful amenities including washer and dryer. Great place!
