This riverfront home away from home enjoys direct access to Fox River, between the lakes. Lake Buffalo and Lake Montello are 1 mile upstream and Lake Puckaway is 5 miles downstream.
Downtown Montello is within four miles of your home, offering over a dozen great restaurants (many right on the water), convenience stores, Lake Montello and Buffalo Lake parks, waterfalls and coffee shops. Other fantastic attractions you should definitely visit include Shamba Safari, Observatory Hill State Natural Area, and John Muir Memorial County Park.

There are five restaurants nearby that can be accessed by boat from the property. One is only a short five-minute float away. If you don't have your own boat, Johnson's Boats & Motors will deliver one to any boat landing. Rendezvous Paddle & Sports also rents canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. Anglers will have a blast casting their lines in Lake Puckaway, where the state-record northern pike was caught. There is also a disc golf course nearby as well as extensive ATV and snowmobile trails throughout the county.

Outdoor enthusiasts will have a blast here! This splendid home has a nice firepit area with plenty of seating so you can gather and enjoy a memorable time with your loved ones. A gorgeous lawn leads you straight to the shores of Fox Fiver and your private dock from where you can fish for bass, walleye, bluegill, and catfish. The back deck provides you with a great spot to dine alfresco with a gorgeous backdrop like no other.

When you enter this air-conditioned abode, you will find a welcoming living room with a gorgeous stone electric fireplace and a smart TV with streaming services - the perfect place for family gatherings! Curl up on the sofa and watch a favorite movie or show while the electric fireplace keeps you nice and toasty. There is a second and smaller living area with a comfy sofa and plenty of board games and books for you to enjoy. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up savory meals and snacks for the group, including a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.


NEW 9/1/24 - we are now providing a few fishing poles as well as 3 canoes and 2 solo kayaks. paddles are stored in the top canoe. All kids must wear a personal flotation device. Each adult must have a PFD in the watercraft. There are 4 adult PFD, 2 child and 3 infant in the storage bin in main entrance of the house. please put everything back as you found it and make sure life jackets are dry.
New 8/18/25 a park style charcoal grill. bring your own charcoal and empty ashes into the provided metal bucket.
