"La Cucina exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family gathered from three places in Europe and the US to meet for time together mixed with seeing the best of Rome. This place is just as the photos suggest. We cooked in the magnificent kitchen and grilled on the oven / grill outside. We played pickle ball and the kids went swimming. Our host were available and always gracious. We are so thankful for the time we shared at the dining table and living room. And we played cards in the well...

"We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family! I was a little nervous because I don’t think it had any reviews, but so glad we picked this place. The neighborhood was perfect, equal distance between Colosseum and Vatican. Very close to Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Trastevere for dinners. "Paula and Gianni are super nice, house was clean, rustic (i.e. no AC, but plenty of fans), super spacious and fun. I would highly recommend it. Calvi is probably one of the cutest towns in the vicinity and is 5 mins ride away."

"The whole family has been delighted with the house. It had 3 spacious rooms, a wonderful garden, green surroundings and 2 bathrooms. In the house everything was fine for us, and it allowed us to relax and rest from the hot summer in Rome and from the visits to the great monuments. "We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. We had great weather in late September and travelled daily to Rime for the Ryder cup which was about 1hr by car. Wider towns have restaurants and food / markets and not plagued by tourists"

The olive tree grove, bamboo forest and views of the countryside are amazing.
