This property, which is ten minutes away from the popular MoBay Hip Strip, features five two bedroom townhouses recently completed with infinity edge pool and security guardhouse. It has an electronic gate with remote access. Coral Bay townhouses feature 10 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 5 powder rooms and large living spaces.
The charm of the property is the beautiful view of the ocean right across. 8 bedrooms have king size beds and 2 queen size, all have AC, 150 Mbps WiFi, sufficient closet space and en-suite bathrooms with standing shower and bath. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV. We offer a Bluetooth Samsung Sound Bar for TV stereo surround sound and to enjoy music with your portable device. The interiors are made from furniture sourced globally including pieces from USA and Jamaica. Here is the marriage of exquisite taste, beauty and comfort. Towels and Linens are provided, towels are refreshed every four & six days.
There is an infinity edge swimming pool on property which is shared with the private community. There is also a children`s playground. The kitchens open up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space with a large 6-seater dining table and comfortable 3-seater sofa that can accommodate two adults for sleeping purpose. The living area has a Samsung Smart TV and WiFi. Parking is right in front of the townhouses. AC are available in all rooms.
We offer 150 Mbps Starlink WiFi internet and plenty of entertainment for our guests. Located very close to Montego Bay, HOSPITALITYEXPERT Coral Bay is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.

HOSPITALITYEXPERT Coral Bay is located in the Rose Hall area in close proximity to the ocean with the world famous Scotchies and other Jamaican restaurants, a gift shop, convenience and liquor store all within walking distance.
There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville, Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for our guests. If you fancy a round of golf the property lies minutes away from 3 internationally rated courses - The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.
The base price includes up to 20 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.
Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.
When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.
At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to the property.

Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use.
•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup.
•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle.
•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.
•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave.
•Management reserves the right to enter an unoccupied unit if electricals are left on.
•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
Date Changes
Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).
Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests)
All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.
