Sobre aquest allotjament

Fall getaway 🍁 sun drenched cottage walk to beach, hot tub under the stars.

  • Montauk is best in the offseason. If you are looking for a cozy, clean, bright and airy (even on dark winter days:) beach bungalow getaway then I would love to host you. I tastefully decorate the house for the holidays by reflecting on the season. Sit on the covered deck with a fire and you can hear Owl’s hoot and the waves crashing on the beach. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with covered deck space and patio area that includes a hot tub. The maximum number of guests is 6 as the total square footage of the house is approximately 1000. There is one king bed and two queens. I am not in Montauk when the home is rented to you, however I am just a text or call away for any recommendations you might need❤️. This is not a party house or share house. We are not an LLC. This home is my primary residence and I have raised my family here. I ask that my guests respect my lovely neighbors and their love of quiet.

Hither Hills gem

Great location, not too small, not too big. Easy access to private parking for what are essentially private beaches. Host was wonderful. We and our four dogs had a great time.

A couple things could use a refresh / update but the location and host more than made up for it! We had a little issue on arrival but so thankful for how responsive and helpful Julia was in resolving it! We loved walking to the beach each morning and sitting out on the deck. Lovely well maintained house, located in peaceful neighbourhood, close to (walkable) private beach and just 5 minutes drive into Montauk. 3 good sized bedrooms (though we only had need for 2) and 2 bathrooms, all as described on the website. Lots of cosy areas around the house to be able to sit outside including a perfectly heated hot tub, and enjoy the surroundings and good weather. Off street parking for at least 2 cars.Check-in and check-out straight forward thanks to good communication from our host. Thank you for providing the opportunity for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Place

The house was perfect - three bedrooms, a great deck, clean kitchen, great roof deck, and an amazing outdoor shower. Julia was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short walk to the quiet beach. Driving into town is easy and takes only a few minutes. Highly recommend Julia's house and would stay here again.
