Welcome to your home away from home at this gorgeous, fully updated ground-level condo in Bernard's Landing at Smith Mountain Lake! Being on the ground level means you can easily access the water/docks just a few steps off the back patio. This is one of the closest condos to the water anywhere on the lake! The primary suite features a king-sized bed and private bath with a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with sliding glass doors. The other bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with an additional pull-out twin trundle mattress below. The gorgeous kitchen has everything you need for your stay. In addition to new stainless appliances, this unit provides an air fryer, countertop ice maker, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, coffee maker/Keurig machine, plates, cups, and utensils. The comfortable living room is tastefully decorated and features a sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping option. There are two ROKU smart TVs that allow you to log in to your streaming services. Cable TV and wifi are provided. A retro gaming console is connected to the living room TV with over 10,000 games to play. The unit also has a washer & dryer available for your use. Linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels are all provided for convenience. The rear patio, which is just steps away from the water, provides a table with chairs and an electric grill for guests' use. Bernard's Landing is absolutely the best place to stay on the lake! Its centralized location is ideal for exploring the lake in all directions. The beauty and amenities offered by Bernard's Landing are unmatched anywhere else on the lake. Included with your stay, you will have access to 3 pools (1 indoor & 2 outdoor, which are seasonal dependant), a hot tub, steam room, sauna, indoor racquetball court, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, multiple beaches, and numerous courtesy docks. The community offers a private boat ramp and trailer parking for guests for a small daily fee. Boats are also available to rent through Bernard's Boat Rentals if needed. Bernard's Landing is also home to the best restaurant/bar on the lake (Napoli By The Lake). Bernard's Landing is 72 acres of meticulously manicured grounds with breathtaking views of Smith Mountain. It also features multiple conference centers, making it a premier location for weddings and events.

First time at Smith Mountain Lake and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location of the condo is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the walkout patio to the lake. It made it easy to board our kayak and paddle boards. The condo had everything we needed. Walking distance to the outdoor pool and Napoli’s restaurant was delicious.

Beautiful lakefront property and nice, clean condo. Well stocked with everything needed. Would have liked to know about the stairs leading into the unit since one of our party recently had keg surgery and uses a cane. He could manage them, but it was unexpected. We will definitely choose this property again and recommend it to others!!

Beautiful and fun little get away!

The property was beautiful and very clean! Me and my kids had a funny mini getaway for spring break and took walks out by the lake and enjoyed the indoor pool! We really want to come back for summer for more fun!

Excellent, clean, lots of amenities!

My wife, my son, and I came to stay for a low key weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We utilized the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, and loved the view from the back patio. The property was clean and well maintained, and included several things showing that the owners cared that the renters had a good stay! Certainly plan to return!

We love the location of this condo in The Woodlands at Bernard's Landing. The condo is decorated beautifully & everything looks so clean & fresh. The boat dock is just a short distance from the condo. The view of the lake & mountains from this condo is beautiful.

Gorgeous view, excellent stay

We had a fabulous time at this super clean and well stocked condo with an amazing view of Smith Mountain Lake. We rented a boat from Bridgewater Marina and had dinner at Napoli, but mostly cooked in and enjoyed eating on the back patio. The pools were peaceful and never crowded, would stay againin a heartbeat.

Perfect lake view home:)

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lake view condo this weekend! We were there for a wedding and had the best time enjoying all the facilities. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking! This condo was perfect for our stay. Easy check in and check out process and owners had great communication from before to during our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Beds and couch were very cozy and comfortable, water pressure in the showers was on another lever- amazing! We would definitely stay here again! Excellent location with nice accommodations

I booked this for a long weekend with my adult children as a quick getaway. I grew up with a lake house that my parents built and spent many weekends there as a teenager and young adult. It had been more than 30 years since I had been at the lake overnight. The hosts had everything needed and even texted prior to my arrival to see if I had any questions and to let me know they were just a text away. We enjoyed the view from the patio every evening and morning prior to our day's adventures. We made use of the indoor pool a couple of times and even enjoyed dinner from Napoli on the lake. We had to order the food to go as they were completely booked for the weekend but that was ok since we had a 6 month old who likes to go to bed at 7:30. Definitely recommend and may even look to book another weekend in the fall.

Beautiful getaway

The condo is very clean and so comfortable with a gorgeous view! We were able to walk right outside to the dock for fishing and to relax by the water. You can even see the beautiful view from the couch on chillier days. My daughter played outside with friends she made there and we enjoyed amazing sunrises. Ben was very kind and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. We’re looking forward to going back when the weather is warmer!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We went to SML for a wedding and decided to make a weekend out of it. Place was clean, beds comfortable, the k cups, creamer and all kitchen items were perfect!
