Your vacation has begun! Only a small pine grove and a few steps separate your comfortably furnished apartment from the white Sunny Beach. The approximately 50 m² non-smoking apartment on the ground floor is equipped for 3 adults + 1 child up to 12 years. The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and many small kitchen helpers leaves nothing to be desired. A large dining room table with comfortable chairs offers plenty of space. Modern lights immerse the cozy living area in an atmospheric light. The comfortable sofa bed with pull-out function (extra bed for 2 persons, 1.60 mx 2.00 m), the coffee table and the stylish swing armchair let you switch off. For a break, the LED TV, which is adjustable by means of wall bracket in any direction. On the low board there is a DVD player, some games and a book collection for the quiet minutes. As well as fast Wi-Fi and a modern internet radio. From the living area you reach the furnished sun terrace (west) in the fenced, almost secluded garden. From the bright hallway with cloakroom, you enter the high-quality bathroom with a walk-in real glass shower, wall-mounted lavatory toilet, vanity unit, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Throughout the year, underfloor heating throughout the year ensures a pleasant, easily regulated warmth. For our little guests are a travel cot and a high chair ready. A pet is a welcome guest. A clothes horse and various cleaning utensils are available. In the flat-own storeroom there are two bicycles for your use (not part of the contract). Your car parking space (No. 03) is located directly on the object. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own.
