The living/dining room boasts a panoramic window, a double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), a TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and electric shutters, leading out to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and heat are available. The kitchen includes a mini-oven, oven, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules provided. Pets are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 4 guests. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 bathroom.
