"The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. The walkway was kept clear of snow/ice/leaves. Free street parking. Check in and check out...

"We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. "

"The property was cute, the king bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of bathroom towels. However, it could use some improvements in kitchenware. There was only one towel, no dish cloth, one pan that was in decent enough shape to cook in. There were also old used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The location was close to a lot places we needed to go. "

"Facilities TOTALLY neglected. The porch (very first impression when you arrive) was filthy as if homeless people had taken it over. Reported it immediately at my arrival to Corey (property management) and they said they would send someone to clean up and never happened. Mold in bathroom's ceiling, missing tiles in bathroom walls, paint coming off the walls and ceiling in the room, dirty bed cover, thick dust layers and spider webs in corners and frames, etc, etc. What else I can tell ???
