Owner provided fairly clear instructions for check-in, as well as a comprehensive guide to the rental. Rental was clean, had a fantastic view of the city for fireworks, and plenty of space to spread out. The property was extremely clean and the interior was modern and appeared to be recently remodeled. It was located very close to the North Shore and downtown which was also very convenient. We hope to stay there again when we visit. "
