I explained the situation over the phone around 9am and gentleman on the phone sounded like he couldn’t care less. I figured they would call me back once they found. They didn’t. I called a few hours later. Same guy. He’s like “oh yeah, it’s bed bugs; we moved your stuff to another room.” Not apologetic, nothing. Move to new room and wake up this...
