Studio of 20 m2 located in the heart of the resort.
Located on the 1st floor with elevator
The balcony not overlooked (North facing) is facing the Parc de La Vanoise.

The main room consists of a sofa bed, dining table, 4 chairs, TV.

The studio has:
- an entrance hallway with 2 Murphy beds and storage cupboards
- an open kitchen with 2 vitro burner hob, double function oven (microwave/traditional), dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set.
- a private shower room with toilet and washing machine.

You will also have the enjoyment of a small balcony without vis-à-vis with a view of the Vanoise Park. Sit quietly to enjoy the view over a good coffee!

For hygiene reasons, sheets and towels are not provided. A rental service is possible at an additional cost. Do not hesitate to ask us for the rates, we will take care of the reservation so that everything is ready on your arrival.
Arrivals are from 4pm and departures at 10:30am maximum.
ATTENTION:
Cleaning is IMPERATIVE when you leave (dishes put away, floors and toilets clean, bins emptied, duvets and pillows put away...). The studio must be clean when you leave. Cleaning products are at your disposal and a person passes between the tenants to make sure that everything is OK.

In case of problems, you will be charged 90€ in addition to the reservation for the intervention of a maintenance company.

Our animal friends are not accepted.

PLEASE NOTE that the residence is secure, so we ask you to arrive before 10pm so as not to be stuck outside. Then, access is by a badge (present in the accommodation) from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. during the season and 24 hours a day out of season.

Parking is available in the multiple free parking lots located throughout the resort as well as in the streets.

The station is located at:
- 9 kms from Modane and its TGV station (4 hours from Paris)
- shuttle from the station to the station (20 min)
- 15 kms from the motorway exit (A43) of Modane
- Fréjus tunnel for quick access to Italy.
