On the beach! Get away to the beach in beautiful Moclips - dogs welcome!

This beach house is a beautiful three bedroom, two full bath retreat with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. This warm, comfortable beach home has beds for six (2 queens, 1 double). Up to 8 allowed, but bring your own air mattresses, or sleep on the sofa! And your pets are very welcome here - no weight limits, no pet fee.

The home is situated right on the beach with private access, literally steps away - 49 paces to the sand. Enjoy kite flying, 'beach golf,' leisurely walks, and the cold Pacific water for those who dare a dip. Wish for a beautiful sunset & a dramatic storm. Or just spend a relaxing day on the beach, with your accommodations just steps away.

Want to see some sights? The locale of Moclips makes it nicely situated for day trips to the Olympic National Park’s rainforests and wild ocean beaches. Day trips to Lake Quinault, the Hoh rain forest, Ruby Beach and Kalaloch Lodge are within easy reach. Ocean Shores is a 20 minute jaunt down the scenic coast (highway 109) with shops, restaurants, beach festivals, and the Quinault casino. A two-night stay in Moclips can be worked into a terrific Pacific Northwest tour. Northern destinations include Forks (scenic setting of Twilight), Hurricane Ridge or a ferry to Victoria on Vancouver Island of British Columbia.

This is a great place for lots of beach fun, quiet solitude or Olympic Peninsula adventure.

NOTE RE CELL PHONES: Cell service throughout the Moclips area is poor, and more so at the house. There are only a few spots in the house where voice may be possible, depending on your service provider (Verizon seems to work best), a few more spots where texting works. There is a VOIP landline, free service for domestic long distance calls.

NOTE RE TV: The only T.V. is in the bedroom with the trundle bed, there is a limited selection of videos and DVDs. The T.V. is a 32" smart flat screen, with wireless connectivity for Netflix, Hulu, etc., and it's easy to move to another room. There are additional cable outlets in the other downstairs bedroom, and in the loft, but no extra hook-up cables. The cable channel selection is limited, see the basic cable lineup at Coast Communications.

The host was very welcoming and check in so easy. The house is well appointed, it has everything you could possibly want. The location is super and the view incredible! We enjoyed storm watching and had great fun beachcombing. Our dog had a blast!!

Absolutely wonderful place! Amazing property…beach front with an amazing view, kid and dog friendly, feels private, easy access to the beach, and well set up. It is rare to find a place that feels so comfy and has all the comforts of home (full kitchen, dog towels, tones of people towels, beach toys, bbq, etc)

We've stayed here with our 3 dogs multiple times over the last few years and am always extremely satisfied with everything in the home. It is very pet friendly, clean, and so close to the beach. The hosts sent clear directions and checking in was super easy. They were very welcoming of our 3 dogs of ranging sizes which is super hard to find. We will continue to spend our beach vacations here for sure.

Amazing gome, great kitchen everything needed, nice ddep tubs, comfortable beds, so much forbthe dogs. Amazing deck, amazing sunsets and grwat oitdoor shower ro clean off tje sand and salt water. The BEST, amazing short walk to beach, private amd flat. We walked out into the waves easy. Buggie boards provided. The dogs were in jeaven! Once we got gome they looked at us like home was a bummer! Evertone nearby was friendly. A MUST, eat at the restaurant at the top of the drive crest something , the food was divine halibut and scallops and shrimp after perfect! What an amazing anniversary weekend. Thank you.

We loved our stay. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. All the extra’s were really fun. The outside shower was great. It could use a platform though as the water pooled up so it was hard to get our feet clean. We loved how dog friendly it is.

2nd time stay. Booking our 3rd for next year.

As before everything went smoothly. Lovely beach experiences and accommodations. The deck is also awesome. We brought a couple of baby gates to keep the dogs from wandering off the deck or going up or down from the bedroom loft. We used the well stocked kitchen a lot and played scrabble every night. It is very quiet at overall with no road noise, just the surf. Bed was very comfortable.

Beach Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations and was stocked with everything you’d ever need. The trail to the beach is magical and easy to navigate. Super clean for a dog friendly property. The outdoor shower came in handy to rinse off in after a sandy beach day. We had some great cook outs in the kitchen and everyone had more than enough space to work. We will definitely be back! The best ever!

This was our 2nd time staying here with our dog and really the only thing that would make it better than a 10 would be a king size bed in the loft! This cabin is perfect in every other way, quiet, peaceful and the views are fantastic! It's been well stocked every time we've been here. Beach access is steps away and is perfect.
