Close/lock gate and home. After guest use what is in the home (ie toilet paper, trash bags) they purchase their Own needs.
AC Off when leaving, Put all trash in trash bag and tie closed. Anything that doesn’t fit in the trash outside with lid locked leave INSIDE.
Put keys in lock box on your departure, scramble the combination numbers. NO WET things/towels in hamper, empty sink, leave clean dishes in dry rack

Beautiful and peaceful

A beautiful little house on a fenced off private road. Loved every part of my stay with my family. Easiest process for a rental if u ever need directions or anything Yasminda answers very quickly and is very helpful. If you do stay here make sure u go to all the beaches in aguadilla there my favorite. I traveled the entire island from this house and it was relatively easy because your 2 minutes away from the main road.

Slice of Heaven…

Let’s just say it was really sad to leave. We loved every minute of our stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! Yasminda was very communicative and fast with her responses. The hilltop view was beyond breathtaking and you’ll never regret booking your stay at the hilltop! We only hope we’ll be able to visit again soon.

Clean and private, yet close to everything.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. Everything is as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And our host was super. The house is not too far from the main road. The last portion of the road heads up the hilltop for about 10 seconds, and you're there. The home is set in a very private setting. As the property description states, you can enjoy your day at the surrounding beaches and attractions, and then go relax at your hilltop home in the evening. When you first get there, open up the windows, and within a few minutes you'll have a nice breeze going through the home. If you still need it, there is an air conditioner in the living room. I'm looking forward to booking this property again in the future.

Nice private location to get away. Only the living room/main area had air conditioning, but there were fans to use in the bedrooms which helped. Good location for exploring the northwest of the island and beaches while having a quiet spot to relax at night.

Moca, PR VRBO

We enjoyed our stay at the VRBO in Moca. we stayed 2/20-2/27/23. The breezes were wonderful and constant, so no need for A/C necessary. The home was very clean but Spartan in it's furnishing. It was very private in the hills. Not far from the grocery store and approx 12 mins from Aguadilla. We would return. Thank you Yasminda

Amazing view, ultra clean cozy oasis

We had an amazing time at this place. It looks even better in person than it does on the website. Very safe and lovely neighborhood. Plus amazing mountain breeze and sunrises :) very central to everything we wanted to do on the west coast. There were some island-wide power outages happening while we stayed and the host was very accommodating and communicative about the situation. Would 100% book this place again.

Relaxing getaway

Relaxing, beautiful views, missed the sunset but enjoyed waterfalls, horseback riding, fresh air n it's high mountains, and the rent for a good price. Delicious food 😋

I will be back!

This place is a perfect retreat! I was close to all. Close to my family, the beaches, BQN airport and every mall, Isabela and Aguadilla. And we had extra perks! I had a work desk, was able to work with great wifi. I had an extra standing fan, in addition to AC and washer and dryer a <1minute walk with a great view while doing laundry. Most of all a private road. A rural hilltop home comes with quirks, but we love it here and can’t beat this price and the West coast of PR.

Loved it 😍!!

I am somewhat familiar with the area, really that side of the island overall. I knew that I wanted a peaceful place to stay that was close enough to food, the beach, etc, but not too close. This was perfect! We had the entire house and a small piece of paradise to ourselves. Great views, island breeze, nice and quiet but less than 20 minutes to the beaches, the airport and some really nice restaurants. I am looking forward to coming back soon as the entire process was seamless! The owner made things simple and you get way more than what is advertised.
