    The Space:

    This Southwestern retreat, located in the Spanish Valley, combines the comforts of home with exciting extras, including a shared seasonal pool, community hot tub, and easy access to breathtaking nearby sights.



    Local shops and restaurants are just six miles away in the city of Moab. Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park are a day-trip away.



    Don't feel like driving? Take a dip in the community pool (open April through October) or enjoy a long soak in the shared hot tub. Tennis and basketball courts are available for guests to use. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.



    The spacious townhouse boasts vaulted ceilings and Southwestern-inspired decor. On the first floor, a cozy sitting area surrounds a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, where you can surf the cable channels or pop in a DVD.



    A fully equipped, open kitchen offers standard appliances and a dishwasher. If the weather's nice, take advantage of the gas grill and have a BBQ on the private patio.



    With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, the home can accommodate up to 10 people. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the two additional bedrooms contain a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively. Additional guests will find a queen-size air mattress and double-size futon in the upstairs loft.



    The many sleeping options and open floor plan make this home an ideal location for a big family gathering. With plentiful shopping and restaurants and numerous options for affordable activities, this townhouse provides a great opportunity for making memories.

    Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).

    *2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

Property was so easy to locate and close to town. We loved our stay. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. No complaints at all. Would love to stay there again.

Was very nice and easy to check into. Just enough cooking supplies to get through the week and it was nice to have so many beds and the location was very beautiful.

We had an enjoyable stay. House was very clean, we were able to park our FJ Toyota with our roof top tent in the garage, which was a plus. Well furnished, Thank you Definitely would stay again :)

Very nice, clean and comfortable 3 bdrm bed in the loft and 2 car garage.By the pools and courts.

It felt like home and is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and there’s an outdoor grill on the patio with table/seating out there. Beds were comfortable, and it had 3 bathrooms. We loved our stay here and will come back for sure!!

Very nice would stay again. Loved the hot tub and pool with great showers. Only improvement would be more pillows and the A/C could have been cooler.
