Here is what you can expect from your stay.

1. Gulf Front Oasis: Located in Miramar Beach/Destin area at Seascape Resort this is an ideal location for your beach vacation. Our 10th floor unit offers exceptional views of the Gulf

2. Room to Unwind: Relax in style with our 1139 sq ft condo which includes 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with dinning room table that seats 6. Most importantly 2 large sliding glass windows in both the living room and master bedroom provides great views of the vibrant, tropical turquoise water of the gulf.

3. Coastal Escapes: Listen to the waves as you go to sleep each night with our gulf facing master bedroom’s king size bed. The master bath features double sinks and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and on suite bathroom that includes a tub/ shower combo.

4. Amazing Beach: Watch dolphins play in the gulf or enjoy a view of the pool from the oversized balcony. This property has unobstructed views of the gulf and is a short walk across the street to the beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for guests in the room, making it easy to relax on the beach without having to rent equipment.

5. Convenience & Recreation: Unit includes a full kitchen with granite counter tops, new washer and dryer, multiple pools including a heated indoor/outdoor pool that is perfect in the offseason. There are multiple hot tubs and onsite gym for guest use. Explore nearby attractions such as on property golf at Seascape’s 9 hole golf course, rent bikes to explore the area or shop at Silver Sands Outlet mall and Destin Commons that are within a few minutes drive. One of the best parts about this location is the abundance of great dining options in the area. There are several popular restaurants within walking distance such as Whale’s Tail and Pompano Joe’s. On the 1st floor of the building there is an Ice Cream Shop that the kids will love and a new restaurant is opening in 2026.

It's in a great location, and Virginia was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought it would be beneficial since there aren't many. So, when we arrived at the condo, it was nice and clean. As they say in the description, they also had a starter kit: two detergent pods for the dishwasher and washer, a paper towel roll, a sponge, dish and hand soap, and one trash bag. The furniture and decor are lovely, the main bedroom bed was great, and the bathroom is enormous. Loved how big the porch was, too, and that you had access from both the main room and the living room. The second room with the attached bathroom was nice, but based on the long hallway, it felt a bit far from the rest of the condo, as the room is right next to the front door. Amenities: we loved the ice cream place attached to the building and the souvenir store. The pool in the front was okay, a bit smaller for my liking and crowded, but the kids there seemed to love it.Close to all the shopping if you want to visit stores and restaurants.This was my second time visiting the Miramar/Destin area, and I loved it again. Thanks again, Virginia for being a great host.

Excellent place to stay. The condo was very clean and spacious with an amazing view. Virginia was great to work with and reached out before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
