Costa de Amalfi C223 condominio ha sido renovado. Desde cubiertos, ropa de cama, pintura y todos los muebles nuevos. La costa de Amalfi C223 es un condominio de dos habitaciones con vista a dos piscinas, una climatizada y al Golfo desde su balcón privado. Las vistas son panorámicas, tiene una vista de las aguas color esmeralda del golfo y la playa de arena blanca y cristalina. Amalfi tiene una sala de ejercicios completa, pozo de fuego, muchos de parrilla de carbón en las instalaciones. Sin mencionar los 8 acres de área verde para caminar. Un montón de aparcamiento y cerca de todo lo que pueda necesitar
 223 duerme seis, 1 cama king, 1 cama queen y 2 camas individuales .. La costa de Amalfi tiene canchas de tenis, gimnasio, canastas de baloncesto, centro de reuniones y mucho espacio para andar en bicicleta o caminar en el área cerrada de 8 acres. Este es un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Durante los meses de abril a octubre proporcionamos dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla en la playa. También es un excelente lugar para que un snowbird conozca gente y use todos los servicios que Amalfi tiene para ofrecer.
Estás a minutos de restaurantes, campos de golf, tiendas de comestibles y tiendas especializadas minoristas. Y, por supuesto, la playa está a menos de un minuto a pie de la puerta principal de la playa de arena. El terreno está inmaculado y todo cerrado. No encontrarás un área verde de 8 acres más bonita y bien mantenida alrededor de la playa Miramar. Anniversary getaway

We had the best time with our stay in this condo in Miramar beach! Denise the owner was nothing but great with everything from her communication to calling to ask how our stay was going! If you book your stay here you can’t go wrong. Great neighborhood with nice pools, lake, and such a short distance to the beach! Beach chairs come with the condo which was an added surprise! We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be renting with Denise again!

Gorgeous Condo, perfect spring break holiday

This ground floor condo is extremely clean and nicely furnished. The appliances are very modern, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pots, and silverware. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable, each with it's own bathroom which was perfect for our family of 6. The huge patio is a highlight, we spent much of our time outdoors, cooking out or just sitting with a book. There are 3 tables and lots of chairs for relaxing. The 2 pools are very close to the condo, one was heated which was nice in March. The Gulf and beach are across the street just steps from the condo. It would be hard to find a prettier beach. The owner also provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was super nice and convenient. Our end of March stay had temperatures of 68-75 degrees and the Gulf was cool, but it was a perfect spring break with lots of Florida sunshine. Highly recommend this condo. The entire complex is pristine with pickle ball courts, basket ball courts, a pond, and the 2 pools. Many of the condos on the beach were under construction, this complex is beautiful. Being on the ground floor was an added advantage because there is instant access to the walkways to the pools and beach. You won't be disappointed. The owner is VERY responsive and answered our initial questions promptly.

Wonderful Experience - Family Friendly

This was one of the most relaxing stays we could have asked for. The property was beautiful and well kept. Everything was labeled to make everything as easily accessible as possible. It was perfect for having a child with us. The property manager was very attentive in checking in with us throughout the stay and making sure everything went a smooth as possible. Hope to be spending more summer vacations here in the future!

We have stayed several times at this resort (it’s hands down our favorite place and area) and this is the best condo there! We had 6 adults and plenty of room! Such a huge deck and it was great having a grill. Everything was as described and impeccable! Highly recommend!!

Miramar Beach!

First time to stay in Miramar, we absolutely loved it. The condo was awesome. We had 4 teenagers with us and the layout of the condo couldn’t have been any better. Denise left no stones unturned to make sure everything is there to make the stay comfortable. Awesome balcony with beach access as well. Highly recommend this unit.

Can’t Wait to Return!

Very clean and spacious condo with all the necessary amenities. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Other reviewers mention it but the patio is great! Overall there was plenty of room for all of us. The communication with the owner was fantastic! Extremely responsive and easy to work with. You will not find a more helpful host that will make sure you have everything you need and more. When we return to Miramar Beach/Destin areas there will be no need to look for other rentals… this is the one! Just book it! You will not be disappointed.

Paradise in Miramar

My family and I have been coming down to this area for the last 7 years and this is the first time that our rental truly felt like home. The property has everything you need and then some. Amalfi Coast A108 is extremely clean and updated. The check in process was simple and easy. Communication with the owners was seamless. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you will ever need. There are sand toys and pool toys for your use. If you are looking for a place to stay that gives your family and/or friends tons of space look no further. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are big and spacious. The patio is absolutely amazing, we ate every meal out there. I have never seen a patio so big, it is like having another living space. My children loved the green space and the bridge over the pond. The beach is close and easily accessible, it was wonderful to have 2 chairs and umbrella waiting for us. We loved are stay and can't wait to come back and stay again. A one week stay was not enough time.

Spectacular Unit and outdoor space

The condo is beautiful and the owner thought of every detail inside and out. The patio is a large extended outdoor living space and became our central gathering place. It overlooks the fire pit and pools and provides easy access to beach. Would definitely book again!

Exceptional property

This condo at Amalfi Coast Resort was exceptionally nice, updated, and well kept. Our family enjoyed the large porch with access to the courtyard a great deal. This has been the nicest condo we have stayed in at the Amalfi Coast Resort after staying multiple years in multiple other condos. Denise was very responsive to communication and was pleasant and easy to talk to. We plan to stay here again when we come back for another vacation.

Perfect Location

Our family really enjoyed being on the first level with the gigantic patio. Being on the first level and having the ability to walk down to the pool and beach from the patio was a big plus for us. Also, the condo and property grounds were immaculate. We hope to book again in the future.

Excellent Property

Clean and well organized. Very easy access and great communication with property owners. We have stayed at Amalfi for 17+ years and stumbled on to this 3Bd/3Ba condo. Best property. Super clean and beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Amazing vacation!

We had a great time at the Appleby’s condo! Great location. Not busy, but close enough to walk to a few restaurants. Very convenient beach location. Clean, modern interior. Beautiful pools. Fire pit for s’mores. About the only ask would be for a hot tub.

Loved it!

Loved this condo! Very modern feel. Bedrooms were great. Kitchen was completely updated with newer appliances. It was nice that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The patio/deck was enormous with easy access to the grounds of Amalfi. We would definitely book this place again. Amalfi is also extremely convenient to the grocery and liquor stores, as well as easy access to get to the main thoroughfare Rt 98. Last note, the owner was so nice and accommodating. Great communication via text and phone calls.

Great condo!!

We loved the condo! It was clean and had everything we could possibly need! It’s location in the complex is perfect! The pool, beach and tennis/basketball court were all just steps away. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony is huge! Plenty of space for little ones to play or a rousing game of cornhole! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there

Wonderful Condo and Wonderful Time!

The condo is everything everyone has talked about. Super clean, spacious and everything in the kitchen you could ever want, including a refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. The owner communicated with me by text and got a stopped up bathtub taken care of very quickly. Super sweet and nice. Our favorite thing about the condo though has got to be the patio. I told the owner I really wasn't sure from the pictures what it would be like but it was HUGE. Our 11 month old grandson HAD A BALL with his walker out there going all over the place, plus inside. Had plenty of room for everyone. The beach is our favorite sand (the white kind that doesn't get hot under your feet). The only problem the week we were there was a rip tide that decided to stay and kept us out of the ocean. But we still had the beach and swimming pools (and the patio!) so we just made the best of it. There are 30-something steps going from the gazebo at the beach down to the beach. All of us were fine with it but if my elderly parents were with us, I don't think they could have done it. Thanks for the memories!

Best amenities in Miramar Beach!

This unit is beautiful! It was such a treat to walk into this clean and comfortable condo after a weekend of driving. It is spacious, but homey. The kitchen was well appointed and had all of the luxuries of home. The appliances were in great working order and everything in the unit is updated. The patio was an absolute dream. We could walk right down from the patio to the pool, fire pit, or beach. The grounds were gorgeous and the kids loved feeding the Koi and turtles in the pond. There are many full time residents in the building that approached us and made us feel welcome and answered any questions about all things local. One of our favorite perks was , of course, the beach. My favorite thing was the beach service and having a spot reserved especially with the crowds of spring breakers. The beach is just a quick walk across the street, and very doable even with kids and toys in tow. My husband loved the reserved parking spot right in front of the building and the private grill on the patio. Denise and Mitch have thought of everything. Denise was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. We would recommend this unit to anyone considering it! This was our first time to the Destin area, but we can't wait to plan our next stay here!
