This tastefully decorated unit has an upscale contemporary décor with phenomenal tenth-floor gulf front views from a private balcony. The living area has rich dark wood furnishings with West Indies inspiration, a dining table for six, a TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. The kitchen provides upgraded full size appliances, seating at the bar, and everything needed to make cooking very simple. The master bedroom has a large king size bed with elegant contemporary bedding, a TV, a DVD player, and access to the large gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom has a fun sea life and fish theme with bold, bright colors perfect for the children, a tropical bathroom, a TV, and a DVD player. Unit A1002 is sure to please the entire family. Come and make this unit your perfect beach getaway! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Best vacation

This was the first time we visited Florida in along time. Our kids are both going to college this fall so this vacation was really needed. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

The bathroom where not clean the is the most important think sand in sink and trash in the basket shower tub need to be more clean with Deep cleaning products for the price guess coffee and sugar will be nice to have for guess kids room had sand in bed

Great location and pricing.

Clean, wonderful condo. Short walk to the beach. The only problem was the lack of cooking equipment in the kitchen. There was only one 4" skillet and no type of sheet trays available. It made just cooking breakfast or dinner for 3 adults quite an inconvenience. When I emailed the company their response was "I suggest bringing your favorite roasting dish or small appliance." If you stay at this condo make sure you bring basic items just so you can scramble an egg in the mornings...

Decent property once you get beyond smell

The best part about the condo was the view. When you walked in things seemed great. Smelled good and looked nice. After a few hours the smell of mold was terrible. Not sure where it was coming from. Be prepared to bring things from home such as garbage bags to cleaning products. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Dryer was outdated and had issues and needed service. It was a cozy condo with a great view. Just needs a little TLC

Always a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach!

Condo was beautiful. We've stayed at Majestic Sun for over 7 years for vacations. Although, first stay at this particular condo. Only thing I would improve is cookware and utensils. Had to improvise to cook meals for four persons. Everything else was top notch! Can't wait to return.
