This incredible 6 bedroom + Bunk Room, 7.5 bathroom home sits in the heart of Frangista Beach, with private deeded beach access just a short (few blocks) walk away.
The main level is beautifully appointed with an incredible, large and open main living space with tons of seating for your entire group on 2 Crypton Fabric sofas (just wipe accidental spills away), 2 swivel chairs and a massive dining table that can seat at least 12, with additional seating at the kitchen island if needed. Take in a quick show, or binge watch TV on the large 65" Smart TV while gathered with all of your besties!
From the living room, you will have full visibility into the dining room and large, fully stocked kitchen, with all the cookware, utensils, dish wares and small appliances necessary to cook your favorite meals for your favorite people. We’ve even incorporated a large ice machine (for drinks and/or coolers), and a large wine refrigerator to store all of your favorite beverages.
The entire back yard is a playland for your entire family. A large in-ground swimming pool with attached, waterfall spa will surely give you and your family the most amazing memories of your trip to Miramar Beach! A large gas fire pit will surely be the highlight of your evenings, making smores and watching the golden hour turn the skies into the most beautiful colors you’ve ever seen! There is plenty of space to toss a baseball or throw a football with the littles!
The main level also features a large King-sized bedroom, complete with a private ensuite bathroom for those in your party that don’t prefer to climb stairs. In addition to the private bathroom, this bedroom includes some of our favorite amenities, including a Smart TV, ceiling fan, sound machine and bedside reading lamps. Your private and incredibly spacious ensuite bathroom is beautifully appointed with glass-enclosed stand-up shower.
The second level offers three additional king-size bedrooms, two of which also have an attached, private ensuite bathrooms with beautiful stand-up, glass enclosed showers. The third bedroom has a full bathroom right next door, appointed with a bath tub/shower combo, for those guests that prefer a bath over a shower. You will also find a designated
workspace with desk and chair in one of the bedrooms to help inspire you to finish those last few emails before the fun begins for the day!
Enjoy the incredible view of the back yard from the beautiful deck (accessible from both of the back bedrooms) that spans the entire back of the house. Cozy up with a book in one of the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the breeze and fresh air while you relax.
All bedrooms on all levels have private televisions, ready to stream your favorite programs via Roku devices. Other amenities in each room include ceiling fans, sound machines, seating, luggage racks, and bedside lamps for reading.
The top level is perfect for a little rest and a lot of FUN! You will find 2 more King-sized bedrooms with private ensuite baths, along with 2 queen over queen bunks, and 2 twin over twin bunks. An amazing bathroom is just off the Bunk/Game Room and includes another bathtub for our little friends that do better in a bath than a shower.
Enjoy playing 3,000+ video games on the sit-down video game machine, watching a movie on the massive 75” TV, or enjoying a friendly game of foosball on the foosball coffee table in the Game Room. You absolutely MUST wind down from the day’s adventures by catching the sunset from one of the Adirondack Chairs on the 3rd floor balcony – you won’t believe the colors that you will see in the sky!!
