From the picturesque window overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Links Golf Course, everything here speaks "relax and enjoy." Sitting on your private deck you can unwind with a view of the of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the lakes on the fairway or the beautiful sunrises. This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the large living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen television, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery. Take a dip in the New heated Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.

Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 3 Pets. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

Great place for a family with two kids, and a dog. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood of Sandestin. No complaints from us at all. Having the golf cart was very handy for us to get to the beach, pool, and Baytowne every day. Thank you for hosting us!

This property was the best! We had a party of 7 and it was enough space for everyone. We’re not golfers but it was impressive to watch the golfers every morning during coffee. We are planning another beach trip here next year, thanks for an incredible stay! We would stay here again

The lack of compassion is crazy. My mom went into the hospital and passed away while we were there. So, we had to leave 3 days early. They didn’t refund any of the days. The place itself was a little below average. A little smaller than what I was expecting. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling and are old. The kitchen smelled like pee. The most disappointing thing was the lack of compassion.

Sandestin vacation

The condo was very comfortable and clean.It was a great location, great amenities. Will definitely be returning. Enjoyed the wildlife vuews from the deck.

Send Dustin is very well maintained with beautiful gardens and trees. This condo is located near a brand new swimming pool, which is wonderful. Getting to everything important with the golf cart is an advantage of this place.

Very clean and well stocked but a few drawbacks

The unit was very clean and the kitchen while stocked. Location is beautiful. A few drawbacks that should be pointed out are number one some bugs in the kitchen. There was an ant trap on the counter when we arrived and within a day, we saw many tiny, tiny ants on the counter. Number two The upstairs plumbing. The shower does not drain properly nor do the sinks. Last, we went to use the grill and had to spend 30 minutes, cleaning it because it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with the few drawbacks mentioned above.

Very good location

Great location and overall nice unit but I would recommend updating. My only complaint is the gulf cart is pretty worn out and need some talc. It lacks power and hard to steer, we got worried if it would make it back and forth from the clubhouse beach area. It made it but highly recommend checking the batteries and cables for strength and corrosion. I’ve got experience with that so I know what I’m talking about. I would recommend and stay there again!!!

Great stay, expect pre-stress

The house was exactly as advertised- except for the hammock outside. Both neighbors live in their homes full time and will put up/ take down their own hammocks. The houses are actually connected/ a lot closer than I imaged as well. The house was great and the location was wonderful to Baytown. The main hiccup with this property is the amount of stressful emails and reminders I got prior to checking in. Mainly around the dog policy. Not allowed on furniture, or beds and dog hair results in fees. I believe they must have gotten burned in the past which caused the stress on this, but it turned out fine. Just ensured to sweep the house daily. The couches also smelt very strongly of dog pee which backs up the idea of bad previous stayers. Check in was easy and everything was a breeze otherwise. This is our 4th stay within the Sandestin resort.

Family trip to Sandestin

The management company was excellent. Very prompt email, easy check in, helpful when needed. The property is dated and need some updates. The living room furniture was in need of cleaning. Overall clean property. Location was great. Kitchen was well appointed. The shower curtain was so short in master bath that shower water ran over. The drains in secondary bath did not drain. Plenty of linens. Guests will need to bring extra trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Only 1 of each was provided. The master bed mattress needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Plenty of pillows and linens were provided

Nice stay

The property was clean and spacious. It could use a few cosmetic updates, but it was still nice. We were disappointed with the state of the beach chairs, and rented some through the resort instead. The golf cart was nice to have for driving to the beach and around the resort. Overall, very enjoyable!

Delightful getaway

My family joined me on this extended weekend beach trip and we had enough space to sprawl and enjoy ourselves. The golf cars offered loads of fun and proximity to Baytowne. My favorite part of the property was relaxing in the hammock.
