Owner Managed Free Daily Beach Service Included-Platinum Gulf-Front Property

This elegant condo is furnished exquisitely in a traditional style with tropical overtones. In the center of The Crescent and on the third floor, its location allows for incredible views of the pool and garden area and the beautiful emerald water and white sand that makes the Gulf of Mexico so spectacular. With its cozy dining area, guests can access the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom suite. The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped for easy and fun vacation meal preparation. This unit also features a Keurig coffee maker for guest enjoyment. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and double sinks. Both of the bedrooms and the living area have flat-panel TVs with DVD players, and there is a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. With all of this, Crescent 307 is sure to have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation!

Things To Know:

* From September 2021 to May 2022, the Crescent will be undergoing an exterior renovation project. There will be noise and dust throughout the project, and interior unit excess will not be necessary at any time. Don't hesitate to contact the owner for a property construction update.

* Please note there are active security cameras in this property's common areas only.

* Parking is first-come, first-served. There is no assigned parking. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property, and they will be towed at the owner's expense.

307 is a great unit. Everything was as listed and very clean. We enjoyed the little extras we didn’t have to go to the store and get. Plenty of laundry supplies, salt and pepper…the little things. We were able to check in early which was great. The kids were arguing about who had to sleep on the pullout couch…my daughter lost and ended up loving it. Said it was super comfy. Would definitely stay again.As for The Crecent itself. This is our 2nd time staying and it’s a great place. I wish they could come up with a way to control the pool chairs. One group saved 9 chairs and 2 sets of tables EVERY DAY with towels before 8AM and then proceeded to the beach. They weren’t the only ones who did this the week we were there making it difficult to ever enjoy a pool day.

We can't say enough good things about our stay. Our host was excellent and the amenities were the best we have ever encountered. There was even a snack bag waiting for us upon arrival - and they told us to keep the bag. The unit is clean and well maintained, and has an excellent view of the Gulf and the pool. We are definitely going back next year. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit.

Beach and pool were both great! Weather was perfect. Condo in great shape. Many pluses. Welcome basket on the counter waiting for us. Plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, soap, laundry needs, etc. you could possibly need. We loved this condo!

Fantastic vacation

We absolutely loved staying in your updated and beautifully decorated condo! It was comfortable, cozy, well stocked and felt like home! We appreciate all of the extra touches and additional items provided, thank you! The pools and beach service were great and easily accessible. The ocean view is top notch. The property is easy to get in and out of with plenty of available parking. Great property would definitely stay at again.

We have stayed at The Crescent many times but this particular condo was the best! Great panoramic views of the ocean, love beach service that was included! The host was so generous in leaving snacks in a beach bag! The condo was clean, stocked with things you typically have to buy. And there were games for the rainy days!

Fall Break

We came here for fall break. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate the snacks that were provided. Kitchen was well stocked. View was great. Came during HOA week so getting an umbrella and chairs on the front row was not possible no matter how early you arrived. It was reserved for owners. Not the fault of the owner of this condo, just be aware when booking if having the front row is important. Overall, great condo and location.
