BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED - Mainsail 287 is a gulf-front, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo rental in Destin's popular Miramar Beach. You will see why Mainsail's guests keep booking year after year with its top notch beach services and amenities. 2 chairs & umbrella is included with your stay!

A spacious living area welcomes guests as they arrive. Mainsail 287 is located on the top floor which allows our guests to enjoy the vaulted ceilings and bright windows in the living room. The kitchen comes fully-stocked with everything needed to enjoy dining in the condo - keurig, coffee pot, blenders, crockpot, new cookware and dishes. New charcoal and gas grills are located by the pool - this area is a great spot to socialize with other guests! The spacious master bedroom has direct balcony access and the en suite bath boasts a new walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is newly furnished with a king bed for a relaxing nights sleep. The balcony has new POLYWOOD furniture, perfect for a comfortable, relaxing spot with a view of the pool, hot tub, dolphin sightings, or watching the waves roll in. There are (2) outdoor pools, a hot tub, a kid pool, and splash pad. Property surveillance cameras/exterior doorbell for guests peace of mind.

Location is key when choosing your perfect vacation spot and Mainsail does not disappoint. Guests are conveniently located near popular restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores. Nearby spots include the Surfhut, Whales Tail, Village at Baytown Wharf, Sandestin Golf Resort, Grand Boulevard, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Mainsail is within walking distance to Surfhut, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Outlet Mall, CVS, Winn-Dixie, pizza, and more!! With so much to do in such close proximity to your rental condo, this is bound to be the vacation of a lifetime.

Mainsail boasts 700 feet of private beach for "toes in the sand" vacation.
BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED in your stay (available March-October). Beach and water activities are available for a fee.
The Destin area offers many activities, everything from a dolphin cruise out of Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna’s water park, The Track, to the Gulfarium in Ft. Walton Beach. Not to mention many, many golf courses and fishing charters nearby.

I don't usually leave reviews but we were so pleased with our stay that I wanted to share our experience. The condo is in a wonderful and safe location, a true beach front property with crystal blue water, the decor is very nicely done, it is exceptionally clean, very comfy beds, and the host was very accommodating and great with communication. It has 2 beach chairs and other beach supplies, games, cleaning supplies and lots of other extra things you don't usually see in a rental. I was a little concerned about it being on the 8th floor but the elevators were easy to navigate. Plus, the light flowing into the room from the transom windows and the view from the balcony made it even that much better. Highly recommend and our family would definitley stay here again!!!!

This was our second time staying at this gorgeous condo! The owner was wonderful and 100% accessible. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. Every kitchen or beach accessory imaginable was available. Everything was updated. We couldn’t have asked for any better. The views are to die for and the beach and pool areas are well maintained. This is a very family friendly complex. We will definitely be returning!! Thanks for a great stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! From being greeted by Bob at the guard gate (he is a hoot) to the communication from the owner, it was great!! The icing on the cake is that this place provides essentials such as garbage bags, aluminum foil, dishwasher pods and all your laundry needs. We will be back!!

Great beach condo

Overall the property was very comfortable and well stocked, short walk to beach and the chairs and umbrella were a great amenity. Only downside were the elevators, they didn't seem to be air conditioned and sometimes not working. Great stay overall.

The location is great. The views were very pretty from our condo. The condo was very clean and we had all the essentials plus some extra stuff from our property manager. She was very detailed as to how to check in. We would love to stay in the same condo .

Condo was very clean. Provided a lot of necessary items other places don’t (paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs). Kitchen had everything we needed! Location close to elevator and trash chute. Very short trip to beach and pool. Set of chairs and umbrella was very convenient.

Destin getaway

We were in Destin to support our son as he proposed to his girlfriend. The condo was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. It was very clean and updated. The location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants in Destin. Would definitely go back to the same condo!!

We had a wonderful experience! We have visited Destin many times but this was by far one of the best experiences! The condo was BEAUITFUL with all updated decor and all the small amenities you could ask for! We felt right at home and would definitely book this condo again!

The property manager was outstanding, and place was very clean. View of the beach was great, and nice location. Easy access to grocery, restaurants, Starbucks, and most importantly beachfront. We will definitely stay hear again. Highly recommend. :)

Amazing!

This was a gorgeous, updated unit on the eighth floor, directly on the beach, with a beautiful gulf view from the balcony. Christy, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the booking and check in/check out process. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beach wasn't crowded and was super clean. It was right across the street from the outlet mall and near lots of great eating spots. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Amazing Week

We had the best stay! The condo had everything we could have possibly needed and more! It was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved our view from the balcony and close to many restaurants and shopping. Beach chair service was an added bonus! Christy was a great host!
