This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great family resort!

We stayed with our two boys, age 8 and 4. They had a blast with the daily kids activities at the pool! Such an fun experience! The condo was clean, well stocked and had an amazing view of the pool and beach.

Amazing views! Perfect condo!

Miramar Beach oceanfront

Perfect vacation! Loved the unit, BUT... A couple of improvements needed. Plastic mattress cover on queen bed must go- crunchy sounds with every movement. Some of the pots and pans need attention. Deeply scratched fry pan, no covers for stock pots, filthy pot and surrounding cabinet, etc. Would love to rebook if these small issues were addressed!!

Five star in every way. Best view!

This was our second tune to Beach Manor #314. Perfect! Unbeatable view of beach and pool! Love all the windows. Two master bedroom layout it superb! Location near the end of all the resorts makes for a quieter beach experience! Can’t say enough good things! Will be back! Vacasa is great to work with!

Unexpected Visitors

We had some unexpected visitors. I'm speaking of roaches. Also, the room as a little run down. Both restrooms has toilet paper holders hanging out the sheet rock. The buttons on the stove in the kitchen were so worn out, we had a hard time distinguishing if the cook top was on or not and what temperature. The screen on the patio was not installed or fell off. Also the jacuzzi was broken and looked like it had been for some time. The grounds were beautiful.

Cosmetic updates needed. Stains on the carpets, marks on the walls, a couple of holes in the walls, space between baseboard and tile in bathroom, musty smell throughout, unusable hot tub because of mold, and mold on the inside of the shower curtain.

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach and pools. Beds were comfortable. No hairdryer available in the unit. TV cords in the guest bedroom were hanging from the TV and lying on the floor. Bathtub stopper did not work in master bedroom, difficult to bathe babies!

Awesome view but not enough bang for the buck

The double bedroom was hot no matter how low we turned the thermostat. King bedroom and bathroom had several missing lightbulbs which made it dark and difficult at night. The tv in double room didn’t work and after two days of trying to figure out the living room tv, we figured out that the king bedroom remote was the one that worked with the living room tv. We actually called and requested help with the TVs and no one ever came. This unit in general needs some love. There was a hole in the wall in at the bottom of the bar and the screen sliding door was ripped. We LOVE the view and this is the best spot on topsl property in our opinion; however, for what we paid, it just seems as though it could’ve been nicer and better kept. We are not unhappy by any means with our stay though. We are thankful we could visit and absolutely adore this condo because of the view of the gorgeous beach and pools.

Ac is subpar in 2nd bedroom

I reported the 2nd bedroom was really, really warm and the AC didn’t seem to cool it. They said maintenance would check it out that day. I didn’t hear from them til I complained on the original check out email review, and they stated the property only has one ac unit and the vent must have been closed. Well, that was the first thing I checked. It was open. I have a feeling I’m not the first to report this issue. So, heads up, you will pay for a 2 bedroom, but those using the 2nd bedroom will sleep in the couch as my children did. They refunded me a little over 100.00 and that was it. Rent a different unit if you want a usable 2nd bedroom.

Comfortable stay, nice location

This property is updated, clean and very livable. Water views from all windows, nice long balcony, double sinks in both bathrooms, nice kitchen appliances. If you have good legs, you can take the stairs two flights without taking the elevator. If you choose, you may want to take additional laundry and dishwasher detergent and salt and pepper. Kitchen adequately equipped if you choose to cook. Would return

Beautiful view, condo was very well maintained and the kitchen was very well stocked. Enjoyed having the pool and the restaurant/bar right there...very convenient. Garage parking was a plus. All the resort staff were friendly, and the grounds were clean and well maintained.

Great view and updated kitchen but surprised no garbage disposal and it needs a couple kitchen stools at counter. Master bed mattress wasn't great. Tvs nice in every room but 2nd room didnt have a chain to turn ceiling fan off while keeping light on. A working hot tub would have been better too.

Great Gulf view!

This condo has great views of the Beach! It has lots of windows and water can be seen from almost anywhere. It is very well kept and clean. This is a good location, close to a lot of good restaurants , movies, etc. We will come back here in the future.

Impressive views

This condo unit is situated perfectly with excellent views of the Gulf and the amazing sunsets. The unit's Sr. Housekeeper, Leann Pope, was very helpful and was quick to respond if we had any issues. The only negative was the general weather, but that's something that is out of most everyone's control!

Stunning view and lovely condominium

We could not have been happier with the condo and the property. I read in some of the reviews that the master bed was not comfortable, but we found it to be very comfortable. The condo is far from the elevator, but that was not a problem for as because the stairs were so close. We cooked a little in the kitchen, and it had everything we needed. It is very well furnished. The artwork and decor is beautiful. We did not love the dish television system, (we were there Thanksgiving week and watched some football). However, the family room tv is a "smart" tv so we had no trouble streaming netflix.

This condo and resort is amazing. If my husband and I weren’t in love with our Tennessee Smokey Mountain home, family and friends, we could certainly live in this condo resort! Guess we’ll just have to come visit more often!!!

Wonderful condo!

The condo was perfect for 4 adults. We loved the views and close proximity to the beach and pools. It’s not centrally located so some of the main restaurants were a little bit of a drive but it was worth it to avoid crowded beaches. We will definitely look at renting here in the future!
