Tides 1506 is the ONLY 3 bed/3 bath suite on the penthouse level! This unit is the "crown jewel" of the Topsl Resort! It is direct oceanfront. The ocean views are incredible!

You deserve the best! You have worked hard and now is the time to treat yourself and your family! Be the envy of all of your friends! There is NO better place on the beach. If you appreciate nice furnishings and the most spectacular panoramic view of the ocean, this place is for you.

Location! Location! Location! We are located oceanfront in a 52 acre gated resort next door to the Hilton Sandestin resort with easy access to 30-A. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is on the east border with beautiful untouched beaches with room for long peaceful walks. Have the best of both worlds! Beach fun to the west and peace to the east!

From this Penthouse Suite you get a panoramic view of the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Because we boast 10 t floor to ceiling glass facing both directions, you also get the views of the skyline view of Destin!

Enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing on your GIGANTIC 475 sq ft balcony and linger all day until the sun sets!

*Fully furnished kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including ice/water in the door refrig, convection microwave, smooth top range and dishwasher.

*Luxurious master suite makes you feel like royalty with top of the line king size mattress, and en suite with double vanities and walk in shower.

*2nd Master bedroom boasts King modern furniture and includes an en suite bath.

*3rd bedroom features top of the line twin XL mattresses that can be made into a king bedroom upon request.

*There are 3 bedrooms. 2 kings suites, plus 3rd bedroom can either be the 3rd king bed or it can be made into 2 twin beds. If you need more space for the kids, feel free to bring an air mattress. Pack n Play or crib rental info available upon request.

*Outdoor oceanfront deep seating is the perfect place to enjoy the mornings first cup of coffee, Lay out with a good book in the afternoon, or watch the sun set at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful time. It was a little chilly for most of our stay but we didn’t miss out on watching the beach, water, waves, and sun! The views were spectacular from the living room. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and spend time with family. Everything we wanted to do was within a few miles. We will definitely keep it in mind for another trip to Miramar/Destin. Incredible views, floor to ceiling glass, huge balcony. Add to that a fantastic master with views, another king with ensure, and great 3rd bedroom and bath, and this property is fantastic. Great amenities at the property and direct beach access makes this one hard to beat.

The balcony area was fantastic. The kitchen was ok. This is our second year and we bought champagne flutes for the condo. We replaced the wine opener and they only have two steak knives. The Pyrex cookware is excellent. The cookware needs to be replaced.

The Penthouse is fabulous as advertised. Very spacious, well appointed. Very comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Incredible view. The outdoor patio hang is wonderful. The parking space is great. The beds are comfy. Communcation with the owner is quick. We loved everything about this stay. We look forward to returning.

A beautiful condo with fantastic views. The bathrooms have all been updated and the furniture is very comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is that the Tides facility would heat the pool, however this is not under the control of the owner.

Spectacular view of sunsets and lightning storms. Super condo, clean and cozy, close to mini golf and sports courts. Beach view is beautiful and access was perfect with the pools/cafe’ as a nice in-between for relaxing. Helpful host with a wonderful place to vacation! Great experience!

Spacious with Great View

Had a fabulous time! Loved all the light coming in the huge living area and the gorgeous views sunrise to sunset. The spacious balcony was the perfect spot for all of us to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee. Owner is very responsive. Designated parking spot is a plus. It was a very lovely memorable spot to celebrate our daughter’s engagement on the beach!

The Best Time!

Cannot say enough good things about this stay! It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was as said and picture perfect! The communication when booking was 10/10 and even through our entire stay they made sure we didn't need anything- the access to the beach is right past the pools which was great, not a long hike- and the Chair rentals there don't over crowd you! There was plenty of room for us to sleep more than comfortably, and the porch views and hang out are 10/10! We will for sure be going back!

Clean, great location, and amazing views!

This place was everything we could have hoped for plus more. It was clean and spacious for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the views from inside with all the windows and of course the balcony was one of our favorite morning and evening spots to hang as a family while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Location was close to everything we wanted to do as far as dinners, boardwalks, and even Crab Island for a day. Host was beyond accommodating and responded very quickly to any communication. 10/10 recommend!

Breathtaking Beach Escape

My family spent a week at the Tops’l Tides Penthouse in Miramar Beach, and everything was perfect. The pictures are accurate, the penthouse view is gorgeous, and the enormous balcony with comfortable couches and chairs were our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening wine. We loved all of the seating in the den, as well as having a dining and a breakfast table. Definitely perfect for my husband and I to spend time with our family. The overall experience and communications from Michelle were very clear, and checking in and out of the property was a breeze!We definitely want to return soon!

Wonderful location, views, beach, pool, pool side grill ….just what we needed. Grandkids had the time of their lives. The accommodation was very comfortable and the weather was perfect for us.

Retired Siblings Reunion

There were many things about this condo that we loved. We originally selected this condo since it appeared to have enough room to comfortable seat six adults to relax, talk, eat and watch TV. The condo had three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms had king size beds with a walk in shower. (Perfect for the two couples). The third bedroom had two twin beds for my two sisters with a bathroom and walk in shower just across the hall. Since we all are retired, the walk in showers were great. The views from the 15th floor were spectacular. Not only did you have the beautiful ocean view through the full length windows on one wall but you could also see Bay looking out the full height windows on the side wall. The balcony was a huge and there was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a great view of the ocean and beach. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We all agreed it was the perfect place and highly recommend.

Prime Location

This condo is incredible, offering stunning views and thoughtful details that make a significant impact. The heater in the master bath was a delightful bonus, as were the conveniently placed extension cords by each bedpost and the comfortable recliners. And I can’t overlook the fantastic mattresses. The kitchen was also well-equipped, adding to the overall experience.

Tides of Topsail

Our favorite thing at the condo was the spacious patio. It was also nice to have enough living room seating without someone having to sit at the dining table or bar area. The beach was beautiful and we had some very nice sunset s. We also got a bonus while we were there”a fireworks show”.
