Experience the sunshine state at this oceanfront Miramar Beach condo! You'll have easy access to the beach, perks like a shared pool and hot tub, and ocean views from the balcony.

This resort puts you a quick walk from the soft sands of the beach. When you're not swimming, hop in the car and head west towards Destin, for diving charters and restaurants. Even closer are the gorgeous greens of Emerald Bay Golf Club. You'll have your own reserved parking spot, as well!

Back at the resort, work up a sweat with some tennis on the shared courts or unwind in the shared pool and hot tub. Up in the condo, which sits on the second floor from the top, use the free WiFi to share photos of your oceanfront view. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, with cable waiting for you when you're done.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful View

The view was perfect. Bad weather during my stay but the view made it perfect. Gave this property a 4-star because the furniture were old, smelly. The condo was nice it just needs updating starting with the furnitures. Sofa old. Dinning table was old w the stools shaking. Kids were afraid to sit on them thinking they may break them and fall. Some small appliances needed updating as well. Toaster, blender etc. I would love to book it again due to the location, view and layout of the condo but furnitures need to be changed before I do so. The pics of this site were on point!

Perfect Condo

We love staying in the Majestic Sun. We have rented in this location 5 times now. This condo was perhaps one of the cleanest. I would definetly rent here again. I have a few suggestions to the families renting. If you plan on cooking (we make breakfast) bring a griddle and a spatula. Otherwise, the place is set to relax and enjoy!

This condo was clean, convenient and with courteous service!

Quick online service. I called and emailed to inquire about our reservation because of the hurricane and my requests were answered quickly. The day of our arrival I received messages to inform me of my check in procedures, inquiries to make sure everything was okay as well as checkout text messages. I will try to reserve this property again. Thank you!

Family Vacay

The overall experience was perfect although there was room for improvement in the condo unit itself. There were no blankets or sheets for the pullout couch and there was no info telling you to bring your own. The kitchen didn’t have any towels and only 1 hot pad. We cook the majority of the time and use the kitchen a lot so we needed more. Other than that everything was perfect. The view was great, the short walk to the beach was great. We had the best time.

Great view!

The view was amazing! Few things need to be fixed, like the dishwasher didn't work, I had to hand wash the dirty dishes and there were bugs coming out from the dishwasher. The towel holder in the master bathroom is loose and the fan is loud when is on. The door to the balcony is very hard to open. We tried calling customer support several times but were on hold for a long time. Other than that we had a good vacation and can't beat the view!!! /

There was absolutely no help from the time of check-in. There was nobody at the check-in counter even help us locate our room. We had to get help from the security guard. Rome was not a very clean Could not get anybody on the phone with any questions we had. This place costed a fortune not my money’s worth period will not come back.

We were moved here due to some type of cancellation of our other property. The unit was clean, not particularly decorated up to date but had everything we needed. View of ocean was nice, but deck is a little small. It's hard not to enjoy the nice view in the morning though looking directly at the ocean. It could just use a little updating of bedding and decor.

Awesome Location

I'm giving 4 stars mostly because we liked the location and the property outside of the suite itself. If I have to rate the the room and space I would have given 2 stars. Going into the dirty details The Sofa in the hall needs cleaning. One Chair in Patio is broken and needs replacement. We were surprised to see how can a rented property have a broken Chair. and after carefully looking at the broken part it seemed it broke long time back :( Hall sofa seats wont stay in its place when you sit. Every few minutes you need to push them back in its place. It is very annoying. The Second bathroom does not has a paper roll holder I believe this is the most basic requirement of a bathroom. Obvious details regarding where to park your vehicle while staying is not indicated on Parking pass or in communication email. Had to call in order to understand where to Park on property only to get dictated with the details which is already received in email. No such complains about the bedrooms itself but the second room with 2 bed is bit stuffed with little space for short walk/stand, We got comfortable sleep though :).

Awesome Place to Stay!!

Loved the condo here! Very nice and clean! Pools were great! The only problem we had was figuring out the access codes to get into the pool and into the building from the beach, other than that it was a great trip! We will DEFINITELY be coming back again!
