    Situated on the 18th floor, this spacious 1,600+ sq ft condo features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and gorgeous Gulf views from every room. The large wraparound balcony is furnished with a table and plenty of chairs, perfect for enjoying the scenery with all your guests. The condo can be divided into two separate rentals during the off-season: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio with a kitchenette. When rented together, an adjoining door connects the two units, ideal for in-laws, kids, or multi-family vacationers.

    The main living area boasts a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, and a flat-screen Smart TV with free basic cable and internet for streaming. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The fully furnished, open-concept kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals and gatherings with family and friends.

    Each bedroom features a king-size bed, its own full bathroom, and a Smart flat-screen TV. The studio bedroom includes a seating area and a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. It also has a separate entrance for added privacy, while still being accessible from the main living area.

    Offering unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico and just a short 100-yard stroll from the beach, enjoy a meal or refreshments at the nearby Beach House Restaurant on your way. Beautiful Location … love the view

We had a wonderful stay and it was a great family experience and plenty of room for adult children. Enjoyed eating in and cooking a few nights and eating dinner with incredible views. The management company was responsive and friendly.

Property is just as it is pictured. The location is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is great! You won’t be disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location; comfortable and clean. Ice maker didn't work and a blanket for the fold out couch would have been nice. View was amazing!

Had a great stay

The unit was just beautiful. Despite being in an older building the unit itself is magic. The 18th floor provided insane views of the gulf. There were 7 of us in our group, so one teenager on the pull out sofa and we were all set. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We wish we had known about the painting on the building at the time of our stay, as they covered up some windows at times. The communication with the manager was great, so if you have any issues don't hesitate to reach out to them. We enjoyed cooking on the gas grills one night. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the pool is so nice and has a bartender most of the time. The rooftop deck was perfect for a sunset picture. We would stay here again!
