Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great overall experience. Only had one inconvenience with the AC, the system was frozen upon our arrival so we had to let it thaw out through the night which made it unpleasant. However, it work perfectly afterwards. Im guessing previous guests didnt follow instructions.

Nice room in excellent location

This room is a very nice hotel style room, comfortable beds, very clean, giant TV on the wall.. The pool area is fantastic, and very short walk to the Baytowne Wharf entertainment area. Parking garage is a bit tight so be careful parking. Checkin and checkout super easy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect, cheaper than an extended stay, and they offered free events for myself and the kids. I golfed a 130 dollar course for free and went on a dolphin tour with one adult pass given for free. The room was small, but that was the expectation. Very well kept and in the middle of everything at Baytowne Wharf.
