  • Maravilla es un destino frente al golfo ubicado en el área de Destin con 2. 5 acres de playa privada y es bien conocido por su ambiente familiar y servicios. Nuestro condominio completamente remodelado de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños se encuentra en el piso superior del edificio # 3 junto a la entrada. El balcón está orientado al oeste y es ideal para tomar el sol o contemplar impresionantes puestas de sol. Estás a sólo unos pasos de la cruce peatonal marcado e iluminada a nuestro privado, entrada a la playa privada. Hay un paseo marítimo en el lado de la playa de Scenic Gulf Drive y camino pavimentado en el lado del condominio para caminar y andar en bicicleta. Los alquileres desde mediados de marzo hasta octubre incluyen servicio de playa en el lugar (4 sillas y 2 sombrillas): ¡una excelente relación calidad-precio! ¡Así que solo toma tu toalla y protector solar y estarás listo para la playa!

    Esta unidad tiene todos los muebles nuevos que incluyen un sofá cama y un nuevo televisor con pantalla plana LED de 55 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD Blu-ray. La cocina se completa con modernos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de cuarzo y todos sus elementos esenciales, incluida una cafetera Keurig. Hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas.

    Para su comodidad al dormir, cada habitación cuenta con colchones de primera calidad Sealy Premium. Cada habitación también tiene un reproductor de DVD, TV de pantalla plana y radio reloj con conector Lightning de Sony. Hay un balcón de la habitación principal, que incluye una mesa de restaurante para dos! El baño principal incluye una ducha a ras de suelo con 2 cabezales de ducha, ¡una de mano y una ducha de lluvia! Se puede acceder al segundo baño desde el pasillo principal o desde el dormitorio e incluye una ducha con bañera profunda.

    La sala de lavandería en el apartamento cuenta con lavadora y secadora Samsung de carga frontal de tamaño completo. También ofrecemos una plancha con tabla de planchar. I whole heartedly recommend this condo! It was incredibly clean. It was also stocked with everything we could possibly need! The hosts had great communication. Maravilla itself was also very nice! We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED this unit! We’ve stayed at several units at this complex in the past and this one is our favorite. The layout is spacious, the furniture is well done and the beds are comfortable. Also, I know it’s a little detail but the towels are so soft and big! The unit was very clean and the communication with the owners was flawless. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful time vacationing in Destin. The property is beautifully furnished and really comfortable. We felt at home and would definitely stay there again. The owners were also great to work with, getting back to us right away with answers to our questions. Walking across the street to the beach, having chairs set up for us, and not worrying about parking took away a lot of stress of visiting the beach. Thank you for an awesome stay! 10/10!!!

Condo was exactly as pictured. It has everything you need and more. Communication was excellent! The beds were so comfortable! All kinds of extras including sand toys, beach chairs, games, and extras for baby/toddlers. We have stayed in multiple units and I would highly recommend this one.

We’ve stayed in Destin many times at Maravilla and next door at Beach Retreat and this condo was our favorite by far! Rich and Lisa have thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were amazing, and the furnishings were very comfortable. The decor in the condo was very nice., The short walk to the beach is wonderful. Rich and Lisa were always very responsive to our emails. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Perfect vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could as for. It’s in a prime location and had great views of the ocean. I hope to stay at this location again soon.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and comfy just what we needed for a chill beach trip. Loved that there were four beach chairs set up for us every day, made it so easy to head down and relax. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials too, which made cooking a breeze.

Great Family

My stay was just what the VRBO said it was with all of the things listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach and pool were located. The two king beds were perfect for our family. Love the place and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Loved It!

This property was amazing and beautiful! thought of everything that you could possibly need while staying there. It just felt like home. Short walk to the amazing beach. Host was quick to respond to my emails when I had a question prior to our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Access to the beach was easy, and we loved not having to lug chairs and umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s, as well as a short drive to Skipper’s for steamed seafood. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Getaway

Description and photos of condo are exact. It’s modern, very clean and close to the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings on the over sized balcony. The beach chair/umbrella service is invaluable in the Florida heat! Owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Great VRBO!!

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. The Maravilla property overall was nicely kept and the amenities on site were a plus (pool, ice machine, showers). It was in walking distance to 3 restaurants which we loved. We will be back!

The hosts were more than fantastic. I couldn't find anything to complain about. The condo was updated (very nice aesthetically), it was well outfitted (utensils, cookware, cleaning products etc), there was stocked items such as trash bags, dishwasher soap, coffee pods, and more. Additionally, I reached out to the hosts ahead of our stay as I was hopeful to ship a gift for my wife (we were celebrating our anniversary while in town) and our host was very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Everything worked in the condo and looked great. Additionally, there was a partial view of the ocean from our balcony. I cannot say enough great things about the condo and hosts. We have marked this condo down and plan to revisit it specifically, in the future. To our awesome hosts, if you read this - THANK YOU. Thank you for having a wonderful condo to house our family, thank you for investing in the appliances and furniture, thank you for having a clean cool space for us to enjoy when in town. You all have a wonderful place and were very helpful, we appreciate it. We heard plenty of horror stories from others we traveled with and were beyond grateful for our accommodations. Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS condo 3402 for anyone visiting Marvilla or the Miramar Beach/Destin area.

Another Great Stay

We rented this unit last year and loved it so we decided to rent it again!!We love this condo! It’s super clean and the owners are very kind and easy to reach! I cannot think of anything negative to say!We love that it is updated! Some of my favorite things are the rain shower head in the master, the spacious laundry room, the kitchen cupboard (to hide all our snacks), ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the balcony and the comfortable beds! Another plus is that this unit comes with beach setup (seasonal) - two umbrellas and 4 chairs - which is perfect for us—— most only offer one umbrella and two chairs! And, the owner provides 4 beach towels for use — in the laundry room there was even two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a boogie board.We cannot wait to book this place again for next year!!
