This 9th floor condominium has the best unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset in Majestic Sun. The sunset view is spectacular. This condo has FREE WIFI, a large flat screen TV and a blue ray player. Granite countertops through this beautiful condo.

It has a 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, heated indoor/outdoor pool, workout facility and covered parking.

This one bedroom, two bath unit has a King-size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hall way and a queen sleeper.

The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you need and has stainless steel appliances.

The condo is located very close to the Silver Sands Outlet mall, Destin airport, Sandestin and The Whale's Tale.

Closet doors in laundry not installed, leaning against wall. Doors in master bathroom deteriorated towards bottom. The 2 large burners on stove don’t work. Baseboards were dirty, some peeling paint, bedspread was horrendous, pillows were the worst thing I’ve ever slept on - went and bought pillows, water pressure sucked.

The place was wonderful. The owner responds quickly to our text. If I came back down there again, I would rent the same place. It's location right by the beach and easy access. It was nice that they had chairs and an umbrella available in the condo. We set out on the patio ever night and listen to the ocean. I can say enough how beautiful the place was.

Average Stay. This property is as you see if the photos. The view is amazing it will not disappoint.

This property is very nice, the view is amazing. I would give it 3.5 star rating.The space is a bit smaller than photos apperar but is decorated nicely. The kitchen is tight if you plan on cooking much but is well equipped. The cleanliness of the property could be much improved. The floor hasn't been mopped or scrubbed good in sometime. The masterbed is a king but does sag on one side as if its worn and could stand replacement . The trash room is right out side the master bedroom window which makes for some extra noise when people walk by for trash disposal and to their property. Overall for the money i was expecting a bit nicer bed and shower. I would definitely recommend a new cleaning company.

A Getaway

We chose Majestic Sun based on the location and the indoor pool. The views from the condo were great. The condo overall was great. The pool gate codes were not provided at check-in, but the owner responded immediately. Although fairly common, we had to adjust our meal plans to what was provided in the kitchen. We would recommend providing a kitchen towel, work on getting the small stove burners to lay flat, and replacing the toaster that doesn’t latch.
