Prepare to be charmed by this adorable second-floor condo just a short walk from the picturesque Gulf shore. Take advantage of your convenient location by driving to places only five miles away like Grand Boulevard for shopping and fine dining, Destin Outlet, Destin Commons, and the beautiful nearby state parks. Similarly, Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin are also about five miles away and host watersports, golf, biking, fishing, and even sunset cruises. If you're willing to venture a bit further, take the 15-minute trip by car to a number of amazing destinations like Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Big Kahuna Waterpark, Gator Beach, Crab Island, Destin History and Fishing Museum, Destin Helicopter Tours, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and Gulf Breeze Zoo.

The home's bright interior is well-appointed and stylishly furnished. If you have any postcard writing to do, the bedroom has a cute work nook for your convenience. After a fun day exploring Destin or taking it easy at the beach, unwind in either the living room or the bedroom while watching the smart TVs, complete with a Netflix subscription. Disappointed

The area is terrific and the condo was very nice. The pool was NOT heated and we stayed in February. There was no disclosure by VACASA regarding the pool. The biggest disappointment was the owner did not pay the water bill, (apparently there was a mix-up according to VACASA) so we were without water for over 17 hours. VACASA was very understanding of our situation and responded promptly when we called them. The owner was kind enough to let us leave early and we received a refund from the owner.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect place to stay for me and my boys. The space was the perfect size. It was clean and updated. Easy check in and check out process. Short walk to the public beach, a little further than expected but still not bad at all. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to people.

Nice place, frustrating communication

The place was nice, when we arrived the air was off, and it took almost two hours to cool down. Not the best for having a five month old. Check would have been easy if anyone could tell us what unit number the place was. Was on the phone for almost 30 minutes, and ended up going to every second story room until I found one with a keypad. The property managers just kept repeating the same vague message in the email. Will gladly avoid Vacasa managed properties
