Tile flooring throughout the unit as well as all new comfortable bedding (king bed), hallway bunks, wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, smart TV's,. Most important of all, IT'S CLEAN! This Is a Great unit, to spend your vacation in!

Nothing short of fantastic!

The property is clean, spacious and has all the amenities you could need. Donald was great to communicate with too! We have a 3 year old so this property was great because of the access to the beach, pools and general restaurants and stores in the vicinity.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing week in Miramar Beach. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need, even beach chairs and an umbrella. The host was extremely personable and very helpful. The location was perfect with plenty of places to walk to. We will definitely be back.

We have been coming to this area for 25 years. And this is one of the best places we have stayed. It was great working with him. He was there is answer any questions. The condo was very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views, great location

We loved our stay here. The host was incredibly helpful. This unit has everything you need, from the beach chairs to kitchen appliances and is clean. The indoor/outdoor pool is nice for days where it might still be chilly or evenings.It is very obvious that the host Donald is interested in ensuring you have an enjoyable stay and that this is more than just a short term rental to him. He genuinely cares about his guests and it shows. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.
