Needs help

Condo could have been cleaner. Dead bug in master bedroom and wet towel on floor of laundry room which smelled. Cushions of sofa were old and gross. Oven and cable in one room was broken, and management tried to solve problem, but it could not be solved until after holiday weekend, but they resolved issue as best as could be expected.

Lack of privacy

We loved this beachfront location and for the most part had a great time! The terrible thing about this unit is a lack of privacy!! This unit is on the lower level and unfortunately is located in a direct line of sight to the walkways going to and from the beach. As a result people going to and from the beach look right into the back of your unit and into your living area!! This is great if you want to watch people and have them watch you! I suggest staying in a higher unit in this complex if possible!

Always nice at Hidden Dunes

Had a great time, could have been cleaned better but I did not complain or I’m sure it would have been fixed, picked up a cushion on the couch and it was ugly under it. If we were staying all week I would have said something so they can’t fix what they don’t know.

Great location

Great location and spacious bedrooms. Dishes and condo were dirty. Front room smelled bad - seems to have some water issues because there was a fan going and “Damp-aid” in each room. Master shower doesn’t drain well. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect Location!

2nd floor condo overlooking the beach and the pool. Second floor is great because you rarely have to use elevators. Plenty of seating space in family room for entire family. Clean and exactly as advertised. Easy check in process. Note: Only two cars per rental—No Exceptions. We had to park one vehicle off site but was not a problem. Plan to stay here again next year.

Dirty Condo letdown

Great beach access and second floor balcony was wonderful. Grounds looked well kept. Interior condo space was just ok. Upon arrival, housekeeping was late and the place was not clean at all. All floors were sticky and tables were grimy. Couple of the sheets were stained. Master room and bathroom looked the most updated. The other two rooms did not have fans and was HOT and had a very musty smell the entire stay. I would give this place overall average rating. Could us some TLC!

Nice place!

Lovely place with a great view. The patio hangs out over the pool area and the walkway out to the beach. All the bathrooms were nice and looked recently redone. GREAT shower water pressure! Couch was sandy, but SO comfy and inviting. The decor seemed a bit dated, but the spaces functioned well and we liked all having our own bathrooms. We ate in the room for most meals and the kitchen was fine but be sure to bring your own basics like salt/pepper, coffee and filters, travel cups, trash bags, etc. The stove burners were dirty with food when we arrived, but we just cleaned it no problem. Many door and gate codes to remember. We saved a screen shot of them and set the image as our Home Screen on our phones. Not a very walkable place. At least a mile both ways to shopping or restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and the resort looked well maintained. The pool was very clean. Overall a very nice place and we had a good time.

We loved being on the 2nd floor, especially with kids. Property met all of our needs. The dryer took about 24 hours to dry a load of clothes, but I let mgt know.

Great property!

Awesome view of ocean from balcony. Spacious balcony that fit all 8 of us comfortably. Overlooks the pool and less than 5 min walk to beach. The unit is on 2nd floor so it’s also nice to use the stairs as the elevator was a bit slow. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the bedrooms were roomier than they appear online. It was nice to have a full kitchen as we cooked almost all of our meals. I’d definitely recommend!

Check for mild or mildew

Everyone who stayed cane home sick. IT WAS NOT COVID 19 all we’re NEGATIVE. They all had a sinus infection. I could smell stale air almost as if someone had been smoking prior to our visit. The o where might want to get damp rid to hang on closet.!clean the A/c pan with Clorox. Something just isn’t right with air in the condo!

Overall nice

Overall nice property. Location was great within steps of beach and pool. Very spacious unit with good size bedrooms. Only negatives were plumbing faucets in bathrooms were not working at full capacity - leaked at sinks and at shower faucets so that water pressure was low. Also shower curtains were mildewed and nasty. Living room couch was white so it showed many stains. Also appliances could use updating but were functional. Overall - we enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home on the beach

Our family beach vacation will be a memory of a life time! Everything was perfect, from the spaciousness of the condo, where we could hear the waves from our balcony, to the first class beach chair rentals. Thank you and we'll be back!

Great vacation spot

Great room, love the view with the palm trees. Needs some renovations concerning the showers and mattress quality. Disappointed with the beach vendor arrangement, could not set up personal beach umbrella/chairs in front of the chairs already set up. Not sure this follows local ordinances concerning beach access. However, the staff was very friendly and check in / check out was simple. Would stay here again.
