We now allow golf cart rentals in our community. You can also rent bikes on-site.

We have thoughtfully curated every aspect to create a serene retreat for you to relax after a sunny day at the beach.

DETAILS:
Moore Sunny Daze is perfectly situated along Scenic Gulf Dr., featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stunning side beach views of the Emerald Coast. Located in building 1 on the top (4th) floor, it is conveniently close to the stairs and elevator, and just a short walk to the front pool and beach access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (accommodates 8):

Primary Bedroom - King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony access
Guest Bedroom - King bed, direct access to a full bathroom
Guest Bedroom - Bunk beds and shared hallway bathroom
Living Room - New queen sleeper sofa
The living room and both king bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray/DVD players.

WIFI is available throughout the property.

We hope you enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A brand-new stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, and range complete the kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare lunch or a large family dinner. Additionally, we have stocked our space with board games, a small beach cooler, beach toys, and more. A stackable washer and dryer are also included in this condo.

DOGS WELCOMED: We allow 2 dogs weighing under 50lbs each. We do charge a $125 pet fee per stay. Please select the pet option when booking so your pet is approved.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED:
Forget about lugging your own beach chairs and umbrella! We provide four chairs and two umbrellas from mid-March through late October (weather permitting), with friendly beach attendants on hand to assist you.

MARAVILLA:
This gated community boasts 2.5 acres of private, sugar-white sandy beaches. Enjoy two pools (one heated in winter), a hot tub, basketball courts, covered BBQ grills, and an updated fitness center. Additional amenities include a tennis court and two dedicated pickleball courts. With easy access from both Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr., coming and going is a breeze. You’ll find grocery stores and the world-class shopping and dining Destin has to offer just a stone's throw away.

NEARBY:
Within approximately three miles, you can find Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall. Treat yourself to delightful meals at Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Surf Hut, or Kenny D's, among others.

We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The property was very well maintained and beautifully appointed. The host was great and quick to respond. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the scenery. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking to visit Destin.

This space was perfect!!!! The condo was very clean and stocked with all the basics we could need. Mattresses were very comfortable and my daughters LOVED the bunks! It was amazing to have 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs ready on the beach for us! Best part was having our pups stay with us too!

This condo was everything listed and more! It was exactly as described. The condo was clean, bright and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Had a wonderful stay for the five of us and our little pup. This condo is not fully beachfront but it’s on the fourth floor and close enough to see some of the beach and hear the waves from the balcony. The walk to the beach is super easy and easier than some truly beachfront places. Amazing home away from home/Blessing in Miramar FL

For our first time in FL! We were blessed toHave found this amazing place to stay in Miramar! Our Host was so attentive and responsive caring warm and amazing to communicate with! After driving 24hrs from north east PA! We were greeted with the beautiful beach of Miramar and upon arriving early our amazing host Ashley blessed us with early access to our home away from home! The home was extremely comfortable. Com for for three teenage girls, myself and wife and Mom and Pops overall 7 of us. Kitchen/ Fridge and bathrooms clean. Beds rooms clean building and surrounding areas clean. Offered also an amazing washer dryer also clean. Just over all an amazing place had me having a very hard time leaving. This was a huge blessing to our lives and we pray that it be blessed its owners Ashley and Tim also and that many more people can enjoy as God allowed us to enjoy as well. Jesus Love you! Wonderful week at Maravilla

We had a great week at Maravilla Resort. The condo is perfect for families. The weather was great! A couple of days of waves made for great boogie boarding. Other days the water was calm, which was perfect for our grandchildren. The pools are always a hit with the kids and adults.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this condo, stayed in many Maravilla units over the years and this one was the best. Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice furniture. You could tell it had been renovated recently. Owner very responsive. Beach setup was great also.Only minor issue was the major painting project going on, it should be over by mid May. I’m sure it will look great when finished and relandscaped. Maravilla really needed it. We will stay her again.
