From the moment you arrive at Villa Tuscana, you will start a new vacation tradition of a lifetime! This magnificent, 2800sqft beach home is just off Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious St. Tropez community. Villa Tuscana is a 4BR, 3.5BA Mediterranean-style house, complete with a custom gourmet kitchen, hardwood and tile flooring, elegant furnishings, and a luxurious custom spiral staircase. You’ll have stunning Gulf Views from the 3rd floor, as well as spacious brick balconies on both the 2nd and 3rd levels. You'll find a Jack N Jill bathroom on the first floor that connects to a King Guest Bedroom and a Bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed plus a queen trundle. On the second floor, you will find another guest bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen. Further up to the third floor, there is a king master suite boasting elegant tray ceilings and balcony access. The ensuite bathroom is highlighted by an oversized walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. That's 3 king bedrooms, all with an attached bathroom and each on separate floors for more privacy. You will love the convenience of having an outdoor shower at home and being a 3-minute walk across the street to the shared gated beach access. This is where your seasonal beach service will be waiting for you (March 1st-October 31st) , if reserved in advance or request from the beach attendant each day! If you need more you can rent directly from Redfish Beach Service who also has bikes and golfcarts. You'll also be a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and the outlet mall. Enjoy food and drinks on the beach at local-favorite Surf Hut restaurant nearby or take a dip in the community lagoon pool with an oversized hot tub. St. Tropez is an upscale, gated community in the heart of Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. Featuring weathered cobblestone streets and pathways throughout, this gated community provides a peaceful environment of Old World charm and elegance. Within St. Tropez is a central oasis with a 2400sqft lagoon pool, a large hot tub, and bathrooms surrounded by lush tropical nature. St. Tropez is under a mile in either direction to Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Perfectly situated between the entertainment centers of Harborwalk Village in Destin, Baytowne Wharf of SanDestin and Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach.

Villa Tuscana is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops, Fishbowl Bowling and AMC Movie Theaters..

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Grand Boulevard is also home to a weekly saturday farmer's market and Emerald Coast Theater Company for live entertainment.

The South Walton Artificial Reef Association (SWARA) has deployed four of their 16 different sites in this area. The closest being the Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017 and comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's, 1.9 miles from this home). It is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Check out the other three reefs in our area: Seahorse Reef at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Turtle Reef at Grayton Beach State Park and Grouper Reef at Inlet Beach. Enjoy!
