    With an immaculate, newly updated interior and 6 seater golf cart, this villa has it all! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gem comfortably sleeps 6 and is located in Augusta Village of the famous Sandestin Resort. You’ll enjoy views of the Links golf course, close proximity to both Baytowne Wharf and our beautiful beaches.

    Unit 542 offers a spacious open-floor plan, elegant décor, and high-end fixtures throughout. As you walk into the home, you’ll find a spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white-cabinetry, farmhouse sink, and oversized island with breakfast bar for added seating. This space overlooks the dining area complete with built-in bench seating and added chairs for family and large group meals. There is also an extra sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and great views of the 11th fairway. From this cozy spot, make your way into the living room which features comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and patio access. This outdoor haven is an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, and cook up a great meal on your personal grill.

Incredible stay!

Absolutely loved staying in this house! Beautifully updated, the home was exactly as listed. Very easy check in and had everything we could need! The property manager was quick to answer all questions! We have been coming to this community for 20 years and this is one of our most favorite homes we have stayed in. We will be booking with them again!

The wife and I stayed at this AMAZING house. It was by far the cleanest and nicest place that we stayed at during our Florida vacation! Golf cart was great to go to the beach with and the bar and grills on the property!

Gorgeous and clean. Love the layout of this home. Decorated very nicely with a very peaceful and tranquil vibe. The golf cart was amazing. It was great to not have to rent a car to get to everything we needed.

Very nice place! Our new favorite in Sandestin! Great location and the 6 seat golf cart is a win win as our Daughter and Family visited and we could all go places together. Has all the home away from home amenities needed to cook yummy seafood! Donna was wonderful to communicate with for check in and during our stay she was so kind! The white sand beach and everything the area has to offer is pure relaxation! Can’t wait till next year!! Oh did I mention the beautiful sunsets🌅

Beautiful with a perfect location!

Our total experience from booking the property to arriving with my family exceeded our expectations! The home was very well-kept and very clean! Beautifully decorated with an updated feel! You won't be disappointed! Also, the golf cart is very well-kept and a nice touch to our vacation experience! We will miss the morning and evening golf cart rides around the property the most! The perfect piece of paradise with both a beach and bayside feel!

Clean and convenient

Came in for my nephew's wedding at the Hilton and the location was the best. Used the golf cart to drive over to the wedding and to explore the property. House was clean and had everything we needed. Initially had a problem with the door code but a quick phone call solved the problem. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future.

Great location to relax

Couple hiccups when we arrived but the management company made everything right. Remodel was done well and each room was spacious for our family. Wasn’t listed but the host provided a wide range of beach necessities to take to the beach. Looking forward to rebooking in the future.

We loved our stay in San Destin. Very easy access to the beach, groceries and lots of fun in the San Destin community. Staying in San Destin with a golf cart adds to the vacation experience! Property manager was very quick to respond via text message. Only thing we'd change was a bigger sliding door in master bathroom to fully block the view and to make sure the fridge was cool when we arrived as we stopped to get groceries on the way.

roaches and funky smell

Property was beautiful, but had roaches. also had a wet, moldy smell in the master closet. We entered on Friday at 4 pm got dressed went to beach. came back and slept. Saturday morning left around 5:45 am came back around 10 cooked had dinner, left , came back there were roaches in the kitchen, on the stove. after that we stated to notice them every where. I contacted the company on Sunday via text message. they offered to bring cans of bug spray out. I declined due to grand daughter's asthma. I told them that we would be leaving early next morning so that they could take care of it. Since then they have been hostile and angry that I feel that I should get some form of compensation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is only 3 and a half to 4 minutes from the beach (we timed it twice)! So convenient! It’s also nice to have the 6 seater golf cart to make it easier to carry and load things. The extra sitting area was great for coffee, and we had plenty of space so we didn’t feel crammed! I especially loved the mirror and sitting area in the closet to get ready. The place was nice, modern and clean. The only two minor downfalls (not even worth taking away from the good features) are just that the bathroom has a barn door in the master suite, so not a great way to drown out bathroom sounds haha. And the grill patio area could use a cute touch to make it more inviting, but it functions and provides what is needed with a grill, seating and high top table. The pantry was great to have for groceries, and the additional storage with shelves in the laundry for thins like out beach bags, beach towels and such. There are beach chair as well so that was awesome!! Would recommend this place for sure! The owners were great about sending info well in advance and were prompt with responses! Also, the couches and chairs were very napable and comfy! Master bed was also comfy. If you like a firm bed the larger guest room has a firmer bed!
