    Enjoy the “West Indes” vibe at #7708 Luau I on the beach side of the Resort! The amenities are impressive- a sparkling tropical pool surrounded by palm trees with a hot tub, soothing waterfall and tiki bar, gas grill, a fitness room, garage parking, and access to the sugar white beach right across the street. The location is indeed superb.

    Stunning panoramic views of the beach from gulf to bay and resort are just the beginning! This Luau condo offers relaxing space for up to four guests. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area is furnished with plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa, features expansive windows that capture impressive views, and opens to a wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating. The casual dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it a pleasure to enjoy a quick meal or snack. Conveniently located near the living area is a half bath for guests and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Our tastefully appointed bedroom is furnished with a king bed and adjoins a private bath.

    The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

This was the perfect stay! My daughter and I wanted a place walkable to the beach, access to a pool and good food options-and add the gorgeous view and comfy bed to make it a wonderful experience!The communication with this property was helpful, clear, and fast. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a memorable stay with only one issue that was was IMMEDIATELY corrected by the Property Manager, Denise and we're looking forward to returning to Beach Blue next year. Oh, really enjoyed the fact that there was a Market Place on site w/restaurants, game room, playground for kids , etc. if you don't want to go offsite as they have tram stop locations that can pick you up and drop you off.

Overall a really nice property. My only complaints are that while it is a wrap around balcony, it is quite narrow and with only two chairs, not really usable. Also the bathroom counter space was minimal with no storage or shelving.

Amazing stay!

The check in process was easy and Bette was awesome in staying in contact with us if we had any questions. Great location and definitely plan on renting this condo again in the future!

Stunning views

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip to Destin. The property was fantastic with all the amenities. The easy access to the beach, shuttle around the whole property, and pool were a bonus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and location

The property is fantastic! Views of the bay and gulf, golf courses and across SanDestin and Destin. Laundry in-unit, an awesome pool area, and short walk to the beach. Quiet unit in Luau 1 with comfortable seating and bed with a fabulous balcony. We had such a great time here.

Great location and staff

Stayed for a week! Property manager was always available before our visit and during with any questions we had! Only wish was a little more room between the bed and the bathroom door. Other than that was just as expected!

We had several issues:1. Dryer stopped working and noone ever reached out to us about it.2. Water was not hot when we took showers.3. Pans were scraped up so we could not use them.4. The pull out couch bed was very squeeky and so uncomfortable. We hardly got a good nights rest on that thing.5. Water in second bathroom was constantly refreshing in the middle of the night.6. Picture of the pool is misleading.

November beach and tennis getaway

We love coming to SanDestin and staying at the Luau. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great views of the wrap around balcony and all the windows. Bette was great and very helpful. Highly recommend.
