Welcome to Pelican's Perch, a 2 bedroom NEWLY RENOVATED in February 2023! Gulf Front corner unit, giving you fabulous unobstructed views!! Located inside the tranquil TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, and only minutes from beautiful Scenic 30A! This private, gated community, lets you experience the serenity of being secluded from the more populated areas of this beach destination, while still being conveniently located to nearby shopping, dining, and gulf-front attractions. Situated on 52 private acres, this full-service resort is bordered by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a gorgeous nature preserve. Guests who stay in this little piece of paradise are able to choose from relaxing at the beach, or spend time exploring all the surrounding areas have to offer.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf Front corner unit, offers 2 Master Suites, both equipped with wall-to-wall windows for fabulous views of the gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast! You can also enjoy the view of the sugar sand beaches from the large private gulf front patio, or a second private patio attached to the master suite! Either balcony would be the ideal spot for your morning coffee, or evening night cap! With windows everywhere you look in the condo, you can enjoy views of the coastline, while dining, relaxing in the family room, or from the comfort of one of the condos 2 king beds. Should you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room. While staying in this gorgeous unit you have access to not one, but two heated community pools, and the community hot tub!! These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.

Great location and fantastic views

Spent a week with the family and loved it. Lots of time on the beach, and on the balcony taking in the great view. Apartment itself is very nice, and the updates make it stand out. Sandestin is perfect balance - lots to do near by but much less crowded than Destin and Seaside. Already talking about coming back next year.

Luxurious Panhandle Escape

2nd time staying here and would do so again

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo in Tops'l Resort and will do so again if it's available for our next trip. We really love this place. Condo location within the building is great, on a 4th floor corner and steps away from stairs that lead to poolside and beach in about 2 minutes. Large balcony on side of unit that overlooks pool and beach. Unit was renovated earlier this year with updated kitchen and baths, new flooring, etc. Looks great! The only minor trouble or inconvenience we had was that the Wifi is very sporadic and made it hard to watch TV or get online. I ended up connecting my own Ethernet cable from the Wifi router to the TV in the main room, and this fixed the TV issue, so seems to be a problem with the Wifi itself and not an Internet service issue. When joining the Wifi, your device will show at least 10 other available networks throughout the building, so perhaps Wifi channels are overly crowded. Owners/managers may want to consider enabling 5GHz band and/or restricting 2.4GHz band to Channels 1, 6, or 11, and limiting 2.4GHz channel width to 20MHz only (not 40MHz).

Perfect beachfront condo

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Destin. The condo was beautiful! It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and relaxing. Perfect for our family of four! It was my husband and our two boys. The kids will love the close access to the pool and beach. We loved having a view of the ocean. Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and attractions were close by so it was a convenient location in the heart of everything. Jane, the onsite manager, is amazing!!! We’re already looking for dates for our next trip.

Really nice- internet out for two days after storm- no ones fault but staff was great-need trash cans in bathroom- great view of ocean- no instructions on tv as how to get channels- could not figure out who carrier was- overall visit was really nice and we will come back

Property was in the midst of a refresh, but overall we were very very satisfied with the condo! The ‘best pool’ was off limits, but kids preferred the beach to hunt for crabs, ride waves and play volleyball anyway

Beautiful condo in a great location

Loved the condo and Tops'l resort. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a high-end feel. Lots of windows, especially in the living room, for enjoying the gulf views. Balcony overlooks beach and pool, and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the music that was playing at the pool bar each afternoon. Condo is also steps away from a stair case, so you can head down to the pool area or the beach in literally a couple of minutes. Enjoyed sitting in the shade at the pool bar and chatting with folks while my wife laid out in the sun. Tops'l resort is convenient to both Destin and 30A, so it's easy to get out and explore. I'm already searching for available dates to book this place again.

AMAZING VIEWS & LOCATION!!

We booked this condo based on the location and views (plus the awesome amenities), but I can tell you that those pictures do not do it justice - its way more beautiful in person, especially when the Gulf is so turquoise and aqua blue!! We had a small AC issue, but the owner replaced the unit and provided fans for us to stay cool. We loved it so much we already booked it for 2023! Highly Recommended if you are looking for a relaxing, non-crowed beach in FL. Very close to shopping and other great beach activities... One item I would recommend, call the beach chair service 2 weeks before your stay, its the only way to get front row chairs on the beach. See you next year!

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing.. Condo was decorated very nice. Cooked in and ate dinner several times at poolside bar. The balcony had nice seating and was perfect for coffee and sunset cocktails. Walls and glass well insulated so didn’t hear pool/beach activity. Beach services were A++!
