The estate's large swimming pool (6 X 12 M) is surrounded by a large landscaped garden equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
The gîte Vigne has a private entrance.

The village of Blacons, located less than a km away, has 2 restaurants, a bakery, a bar and a grocery store. The old village of Mirabel can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, offers a panoramic view of the Vercors mountains.
