"The pool and area needed deep cleaning. The room was nicely furnished and the decor was great but on closer inspection the less visible areas needed cleaning. Written advice on how to turn the shower on would be useful. Great service by the young lady who checked us in and out. The food in the continental buffet was lacking. "

"The property was modern and in clean condition. For the price I paid for my suite I was a bit shocked that there was no mini bar (the kitchen was actually very bare bones) or view of the back of the property which is forested as opposed to the front-facing view of a Rona. Breakfast is not included in your stay price, and the staff were friendly but 3 different staff members gave me 3 different answer regarding payment upon checkout. A satisfactory stay all in all."

"The pictures are very deceiving. The jackson point and surrounding areas are beautiful. The Ramada is a dive! The only good thing about the stay is the ac works well. The rooms are nasty, the property is in despair, the free breakfast is hardly edible. Restaurant is only open certain days if your into even eating there! Says they rent water sports equipment, I asked they said sorry we dont do that at this time. The Ramada clearly rents these rooms at a weekly/ monthly rate, because the property...
