"I booked a stay for a medical procedure at RVH. The night before was pretty good. The following day when I was recording from an operation was the worst.
There was a large group of kids with adults. The Adults were allowing the kids to run all through the halls and the attendant was called . She said she will put a stop to it. She didn't, after several hours at about 11pm I decided to leave and took a room at another hotel."

"I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received."
