We are a husband and wife team who personally manage this home. We have been delighting VRBO guests with our properties in the Myrtle Beach and Smith Mountain Lake, VA areas for over 12 years. Our properties have consistently garnered 5-star reviews due to our attention to detail and our focus on helping our guests have outstanding vacation experiences.



From the moment you pass through our gated entrance and onto our paved driveway meandering through woods bustling with birds, squirrels, and deer, you are transported to what we call Lake Life. Lake Life and your time at the lake can be extremely peaceful and relaxing OR full of fun and exciting activities OR both! Our home offers you whatever experience you and your family are looking for in a lake vacation.



The upstairs of our lakefront home was remodeled and updated in 2023 and the basement was remodeled and updated in 2025. Our home has nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, sits on roughly 3 acres, and boasts over 200 feet of Lake Anna shoreline on a beautiful cove.



Bring your boat! You can tie up at our boathouse and public boat launches are only 5-10 minutes by boat from the house. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer at the house too.

***Water trampoline and water slide may not be available November - April.

***Please note that there are three security cameras in use on the property. The three cameras are a doorbell camera at the front of the house, a camera inside the garage, and the third located on the back deck which views the boathouse area.

***Primary guest will be asked to provide identification after booking.

We loved our stay. It is one of the best houses we have stayed in at Lake Anna. There are a ton of amenities and everything is well labeled. We loved having access to the golf cart to get to and from the boat house. There is plenty to do at the house and plenty of space

Family Lake vacation

Family lake getaway

Family summer stay at the lake, first time for us. We loved the house, it was suited to us perfectly(maybe a few less steps down to the lake!). Kids loved all the water play toys.We rented a boat and it was convenient to be able to dock at the house. Super vacation

What a wonderful house with a fantastic view! The house is large enough so that some adults can talk upstairs and other adults and children can play downstairs. The golf cart was perfect for folks who have trouble walking to get down to the lake. What a great vacation!

Resort Lake Living

We loved our long weekend at Courtney and Robert’s beautiful home. You can tell how much care and thought went into designing a property that has everything anyone could need for a relaxing and delightful vacation at the lake. We marveled at the beautiful views from the deck, appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed comfortable rooms for everyone in our party. We can’t wait to come back to this ideal spot!

We had the most unforgettable stay at this Lake Anna home! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and private. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like home the moment we walked in. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout our stay. We were married in Mineral and celebrated with friends and family at the lake, and this home was the perfect setting for such a special time. It will forever be a part of our wedding story, and we can’t wait to return.

Excellent 2nd Stay!

My group of friends and family stayed at this house last year and enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book it again. We definitely made the correct choice. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. We loved the amenities such as the pool table, hot tub, and gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. We would happily stay here again!

Amazing House!!!!!

I would highly recommend renting this house. The house is just stunning, with amazing amenities. The owners are wonderful to work with. My kids said it was their favorite vacation ever and are ready to go back. It’s absolutely the perfect house to sit back and relax with your family.
