*NEW* Mountain Hideaway near Blue Ridge w/ Hot Tub

Cozy mountain home made for connecting with friends, family, and nature. There is ample space to feed, entertain, and sleep a large family with 3 bedrooms/3 baths and 1 sleeper sofa. Main living area includes a large 55” TV over a beautiful stone fireplace overlooking gorgeous mountain views. Large family room with plenty of seating for a family movie with ping pong table and board games for fun. Hot tub and fire pit are out back which are perfect for s’mores or enjoying the mountain breeze.

Upon arrival you will be driving on gravel roads. The driveway is concrete and fairly steep. Once at the cabin you will enter the property through the screened in porch where you will find the front door as well as a sitting area with outdoor wood fireplace and TV. Off the screened in porch is a large deck with gas grill, Adirondack chairs, swing and outdoor dining table to sit 6-8.

Main Level: dining room table sits 6-8 and 4 at the bar. Fully stocked kitchen all open to the living area with sleeper sofa, chairs, fireplace and TV all surrounded by big windows with great views. Also there is one bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with access from hall. Full size laundry room off kitchen by bedroom.

Upstairs: Office Nook with desk for anyone working or doing school virtually. Second bedroom with king bed and bathroom.

Downstairs: Third bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 beds total), bathroom (not attached to bedroom) and living area with sectional, fireplace, TV, ping pong table and bar with mini fridge.
The patio has hot tub and access to fire pit.

You will be in the mountains so cell coverage can be limited at times. Once off the main road you will be on gravel roads until the driveway.

There is plenty of uncovered parking available.

We want you to enjoy your time away and have a great experience at our cabin so please pay attention to the important property information below.

Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 10:00 am.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over and you will be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.

The hot tub is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub.

Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

No late check-out or early check-in available. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.

Owner`s Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub and fire pit, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
