The Space:

Second level corner apartment. Entry door is on the first level. You walk up into the living room. The kitchen is straight ahead and through the door as you turn right. If you look straight you will see the living room and balcony. The corridor to the bathroom and bedroom is located to the left of the kitchen doorway.



Guest Access:

You will be able to access the apartment and parking lot.



The Neighborhood:

Located in an apartment complex in a residential area near the intersection of the cities of Milwaukee and Greenfield. The greater area is residential. There is a large park nextdoor and an Anytime Fitness a block away. There are many unique restaurants in the nearby area. Aurora St Luke's is an 8 minute drive. Downtown Milwaukee is a 12 minute drive.



Getting Around:

There is a Metro Bus stop that is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The Metro Bus system can take you almost anywhere in the city.



Other Things to Note:

You can park in any of the available parking spaces.



Screening Requirements:

Background and ID Checks are required.



Pet Restrictions:

Each may weigh up to 50lbs, total combined not more than 75lbs. Must be kept leashed when outdoors. Breed restrictions.



Interaction with Guests:

You have the place all to yourself, and there is a property management company that will respond to any issues!
