Milwaukee DNC Convention Rental (7/11 - 7/18 only) - 3 Bedrooms

I will be renting my 4 bedroom home, 100% fully furnished and all the amenities you will need during the 2020 DNC convention (7/11/202 - 7/18/2020). There will be 3 bedrooms available and able to sleep 6 people (3 Queen beds) comfortably with 2 Full bathrooms, 2 Living rooms ( one on the main level and smaller secondary up stairs. I will be available and on site during your stay to provide a fully cooked breakfast and an evening BBQ with sides, beers or wine every night during your stay but I will give you all the privacy you need. I live on one acre with a huge yard more than large enough space to host a DNC convention gathering here. The peaceful yard is often visited by deer, turkeys, geese, groundhogs & songbirds and the resident little red fox. Relaxing around the fire pit is a good way to end a long day. Although the setting looks like the country, we are only 1.5 miles from the freeway and all amenities you could need are located right there.
My home is situated a few blocks from the interstate heading to Milwaukee which is about a 17min drive to the Fiserv Forum where the DNC Convention will be held. I would be willing to provide pick up and drop off to and from the events during your stay.
Downtown Milwaukee: 17 minutes
Wauwatosa: 5 minutes
West Allis: 15 minutes
Waukesha: 20 minutes

$1500 per night - open to negotiating for a quality tenant.

Amazing! (for me and my dog!)

My dog could (and often did) run herself ragged in the back yard, and there were plenty of parks within easy driving distance if we wanted to do some hiking. Dylan is by far the best landlord...he's accommodating, easy-going, and respectful of privacy. Also, my dog loves him. The house itself is set back far enough from the road that it's nice and quiet. If you're lucky enough to have a chance to stay here, jump on it!! Thanks for a great 7 months, Dylan!!!!

My travel experience was heightened by his sincerity and any fears and safety concerns were put to rest immediately upon meeting him. All he demands is mutual respect and consideration, which is baseline in any living arrangement. I left my contract with a new friend, wonderful memories and no hesitations to return. Quiet cottage
Submitted: 2/12/2019 12:00:00 AM This little cottage was so cozy and quiet. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome. It was a perfect location for me while working at CMH. There were stores near by which is good if you're not a big city girl. Dylan and Rana were wonderful people and always made sure everything was good with me. With the weather we have had during my stay Dylan did a great job making sure my walkway was shoveled. My texts were always answered quickly and I would give a A+++ for my stay here.
Cozy cottage stay

The home is beautifully renovated and had everything I wanted/needed-full bathroom, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. It is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood (as a solo, 25 year old female traveler safety is a huge factor).The owners, Dylan and Rana, are AMAZING. They were very accommodating and made me feel welcomed. Dylan is the one who oversees all of the maintenance/ any issues that arise- any time I had an issue, I could text him and it would be resolved within the day. I would highly recommend this space to anyone coming to the area!
comfortable airy cottage with views
Submitted: 12/14/2018 12:00:00 AM The lovely newly built cottage is described perfectly as above with very easy access to highways & plenty of parking, The large, beautiful yard was an oasis after work. It is very peaceful & my dog enjoyed it. The host couple has traveled themselves so know how to accommodate working travelers. Always friendly & respectfully of privacy, a well maintained property. I had a wonderful stay & would recommend.
