This home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 story home with 1700 square feet of living space. The bedrooms are all on the top floor, but the downstairs can be made into a sleepable area for larger groups or for those with mobility issues.

This property has the right mix of outstanding one of kind views year round mixed with a comfy lived in feel family home.

Note about the bedroom size:
Our bedrooms are perfectly functional but this is an older house and the bedrooms are on the smaller size. I doubt most guests will care but we believe that the more you know the better :)

NOTE: we do NOT have a hot tub. Sometimes there is a glitch on the vrbo site that displays that we have one (despite having zero pics of it). We have reported it to support but just want to be clear in the description too.

Parking NOTE: please refrain from turning around in our neighbor's driveways. We don't want to be a nuisance to them :)

Awesome Stay

The Huron is an absolutely lovely home with lots of character. Super child friendly with some nice toys & games. The kids were also excited to see the ships and boats on the Hudson. The house was spotless and has all the amenities of home. Nice and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood. The house “book” has some nice restaurant recommendations with the host’s suggestion of Pomodoro Pizza being our favorite. We would definitely stay again.

Hudson River views

We stayed at this property for my son’s graduation from college. It was perfect for our family of six people. The views overlooking the Hudson River were terrific. The location was close to the school. All around a great rental.

Home Sweet Home

Very comfortable place to stay with epic views. Perfectly situated between the 3 areas we were visiting, Patterson, Wallkill & Warwick, NY. Will definitely stay there again, hopefully for a longer visit next time!

Lovely home

Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Views of the Hudson were lovely and landscaping very well kept. Our group had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware. Lower level bathroom very spacious. Great for families with younger kids- lots of toys and books to keep them busy!

Lovely river views

Six adult family members stayed here to attend a memorial service. It was a very attractive and comfortable house. The views of the Hudson were fabulous and watching the river was a calming distraction for us. X-mas with family

X-mas with family.We rented this wonderful home for a week for Christmas. We were lucky to have a light snowfall the night we arrived and it was picture perfect. We were surrounded by farms and had a gorgeous riverwiew. The four bedroom house was just as pictured in the VRBO website. Our two year old and 8 month old granddaughters had a wonderful time with all the toys. We did experience some abnormally cold temperatures while there but the home was always toasty warm and inviting. We will definitely be staying here again. We mend.view

Wonderful house for big family

This was a really special house for a family with small kids, plenty of space for extended family members and the view of the Hudson was perfect. Excellent amenities, comfortable living situation and enough room for a larger family to spread out to have their own space. We're already planning on returning at some point in the future.

Perfect get away for a girls trip

What a lovely property and dreamy location. Situated right on the Hudson River, this beautifully decorated 3 story home was perfect for our group. The furniture was modern and comfortable, accompanied by many houseplants and a record player with records. Next door is a fruit farm and brewery and the town has many quaint shops and restaurants. We were located within a hour of our planned activities (a visit to Menla Retreat one day and a visit to Alex Gray’s Chapel of the Sacred Mirrors the other day). Joseph was very prompt with communication needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to make good on a glitch that happened within the VRBO app. We are keeping this property on our favorites list for future visits. It was absolutely perfect.

Perfect getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this rental! The location was stunning, offering a breathtaking view of the river. The house itself was impeccably clean and matched the description perfectly, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was incredibly responsive when contacted.
