Beautiful Broadkill Beach house located 3rd house from the water. This house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & 2,500 SF of space. The 1st floor is open concept with kitchen, dining and living rooms with a cathedral ceiling and LOTS and LOTS of windows! Directly off the kitchen is a small deck with gas grill and small table and chairs. The other end of the room leads you to a larger deck two lounge chairs and big swing. Down the hallway you'll find a nice sized bedroom, full bathroom and a very spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and gas fireplace. The 2nd floor features a loft with a sitting area perfect for reading. This is the BEST SPOT in the house as it has a huge picture window with panoramic views of the Delaware Bay. Right off the loft is another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.

E BEACH WAGONS: Now exclusively available at SUNSET RENTALS Broadkill Beach properties. No more lugging all the beach gear down to beach. Wagon's can handle up to 300LBS of weight, come w/ beach chair rack, batteries charge in 2hrs and run up to 4 miles & have USB ports for charging cell phones & electronics. Availability is limited to first come first serve. Weekly rate is $250

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $80 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less $80 admin fee)
