Designed for families, friends, lake lovers, and even those who need to mix a little remote work with their getaway, The Treehouse gives you plenty of space to relax, play, reconnect, and enjoy lake life.

This lakefront home is professionally managed by Lakeside Property Management. Our local team specializes in lakefront properties and is dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared space. The Treehouse – Your Lake Sinclair Waterfront Escape!
From the fully equipped kitchen and cozy gas fireplace to the extra-fun game room, lake-view workspace, covered lake-view deck, private dock, kayaks, floating lily pad, and lakeside fire pit, this home was designed to make your vacation memorable both inside and out.

Start the morning with coffee overlooking the lake, spend the afternoon kayaking or swimming off the dock, challenge the family to a pool or ping-pong tournament, enjoy dinner with a view, and end the evening around the fire pit with s’mores.

The Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay, from quick breakfasts before heading to the lake to full family dinners. There is plenty of counter space, plus a kitchen island with three counter stools, making it a great spot for breakfast, morning coffee, or keeping the cook company. Coffee lovers are covered with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, plus a convenient coffee startup bar. Grab a cup, find your favorite lake-view spot, and ease into the day.

Dining Area:
The indoor dining table comfortably seats eight guests, making it the perfect gathering spot for meals, card games, conversations, and family time. With the additional three counter stools at the kitchen island, there is plenty of seating for everyone to gather comfortably.

Main Living Room:
After a day on Lake Sinclair, settle into the comfortable main living room and relax with a movie or your favorite show on the TV. Turn on the gas fireplace for a cozy evening or gather here between lake adventures to reconnect and unwind.

Game Room:
The Fun Doesn't Stop When You Come Inside!
The dedicated game room is one of the highlights of The Treehouse and is designed for kids, teens, and adults alike.
Challenge someone to a game of pool, then easily convert the table into ping pong when you're ready for a new competition.

There is also a card table, playing cards, and a selection of board games, making it easy to turn an evening at home into family game night. For the gamers in the group, The Treehouse also features an Amazon Luna gaming system with four controllers, so everyone can join the action.

Whether it's a pool tournament between parents and kids, a late-night ping-pong match, cards with friends, or video game competition, this is a space where everyone can have fun together. Rainy day? No problem. Kids bored? Not here. After-dinner entertainment? We've got you covered.

Sleeping Arrangements:
With four bedrooms spread across the home, The Treehouse offers a comfortable layout for families and groups traveling together.

Main-Floor Primary King Suite:
The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a King-size bed and attached private bathroom. It offers a peaceful retreat at the end of the day with the convenience of having the bedroom and private bathroom on the main living level.

Bedroom Two – King Bedroom:
The second bedroom also features a comfortable King-size bed, making it a great option for couples or adult guests.

A second full bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor.

Bedroom Three – Queen Bedroom:
Downstairs, the third bedroom features a Queen-size bed, giving guests on the lower level their own comfortable bedroom away from the main-floor sleeping areas.

Bedroom Four – Kids' Bunk Room:
The fourth bedroom is a fantastic kids' bunk room, perfect for larger families and groups. It features four Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, providing eight individual Twin sleeping spaces. Even better, every bed has its own personal light and charging station, giving each guest their own little space for bedtime and easy device charging.

The home's third full bathroom is located downstairs, conveniently located near both the Queen bedroom and bunk room.

Remote Work Station:
Need to mix a little work with your lake getaway? At The Treehouse, you can work with a view. The dedicated workspace features a large desk, two chairs, two monitors, and Wi-Fi, giving you a comfortable setup for working remotely while enjoying a beautiful lake view. It is the perfect spot to answer emails, take a few calls, or get some work done without giving up your vacation surroundings.

Laundry Room:
The Treehouse also includes a dedicated laundry room, making it easy to keep up with swimsuits, lake towels, and vacation clothes during your stay.

Covered Lake-View Deck:
One of the best places to enjoy The Treehouse is the covered lake-view deck. Relax on the outdoor furniture, enjoy the beautiful lake views, or gather around the outdoor dining area for a meal with a view. A propane BBQ grill is also available for burgers, steaks, hot dogs, or your favorite vacation dinner.

Whether you're sipping morning coffee, taking a break from the sun, enjoying dinner outside, or relaxing in the evening, the covered deck is a favorite place to take in the lake.

Private Dock & Lake Access:
A stay at The Treehouse is all about enjoying Lake Sinclair, and guests have access to the home's private dock. Bringing your own boat or jet ski? Guests may tie boats and jet skis to the dock cleats during their stay. Please bring your own docking ropes and boat bumpers, as these are not provided.
The dock also features lights and electrical outlets for added convenience. Two sun loungers provide the perfect place to relax by the water with a drink or a good book.

The water around the dock is approximately 4–5 feet deep, with stairs providing direct access from the dock into the lake. As with any natural lake, water depth can fluctuate with lake levels and conditions, so guests should always use appropriate caution when entering the water.

Kayaks, Lily Pad & Water Fun:
Get out and explore Lake Sinclair with the home's two kayaks.
There's also a floating lily pad, perfect for lounging, playing, and cooling off during warm Georgia lake days. The property provides two life vests. Families traveling with children, especially younger or smaller children, should bring properly fitted Coast Guard-approved life jackets appropriate for each child's size and weight.

Lakeside Fire Pit:
As the sun goes down, gather around the outdoor lakeside fire pit. With eight Adirondack chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit together, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Lake Sinclair. Put the startup s'mores kit to good use, roast marshmallows, share stories, enjoy a drink, and watch the lake as another day at The Treehouse comes to an end.

One of the best things about The Treehouse is that you can truly get away from it all without being far from anything you need. Surrounded by nature and the peaceful beauty of Lake Sinclair, you’ll feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle while still enjoying the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials. Just an 8-minute drive takes you to Kroger, Publix, gas stations, and local restaurants. Walmart is only about 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on groceries, snacks, and anything else you need during your stay. Looking to explore? Historic downtown Milledgeville is approximately 15-minutes away, with its charming mom-and-pop shops, local restaurants, and small-town atmosphere that’s perfect for an afternoon outing or dinner away from the house. GCSU & GMC is an easy 10-minute drive away.

At The Treehouse, you get the best of both worlds: peace, privacy, and nature when you want to unwind, and everything you need just a short drive away.

Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the home and private dock, with the exception of any locked closets, cabinets, the garage, and the designated locked upstairs bedroom. These areas are strictly off-limits to guests. However, guests are welcome to use the upstairs remote workstation, which provides a comfortable space for those needing to work during their stay. Please respect all locked and restricted areas throughout the property. Any attempt to tamper with, unlock, force entry into, or access any restricted area will result in additional fees being charged to the guest responsible.
